we had several issues with our garage door that needed to be repaired. We were able to make one phone call and have someone come out as soon as we needed and wanted. They were very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Our technician was James and he was wonderful. Needed to repair the outside keypad because the 9 volt battery contact fell apart. A new keypad was installed. V E R Y V E R Y E X P E N S I V E ! The installer was very nice and helpful and asked twice if there was anything else he could do.

First, why did I call Precision? When I saw that my garage door spring was broken all I could think about was that commercial you run with the sound of the spring breaking. Yep, that's me now. I called on a Sunday morning with the intentions of getting a Monday repair but to my surprise, Precision had a tech working Sunday and he could be at my house that afternoon. So far so good. He arrives, and before he tries to sell anything we have a nice chat about my system, how it works and what problems to look for. After showing me assorted issues with my garage door he replaced both springs, end rod bearings and the steel cables on both ends. Was it cheap? Nope, but I would rather pay the going rate for good service one time than pay less and have to have the problem come back. In the end the system was repaired by someone who knew what he was doing and I have had no problems with the door since that day.

We called on a Saturday when our garage door wouldn't open and received fast, same day service. Noah was our technician and was great! Very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Gave us several options with no high pressure sell. Garage door is quieter than its been in a long time. Awesome service!

We chose Precision because another contractor and friend highly recommended one of the technicians, John Tsangarinos stating that he was an expert in his field. Mr. Tsangarinos did not disappoint us. He was prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. He repaired the garage door and also suggested other repairs that were needed to secure the door during hurricane season.

5 stars just isn't enough to rate this company. Mr. Rapp you have exceptional staff. From our 1st call in scheduling for service to the actual repair of our garage door issues this company was phenomenal. Our service tech was Tim. He was 1st very kind and understanding in what we needed and what we could afford at this time. He explained everything throughly about his findings and when we chose the service we wanted he got right to work. He did an excellent job.

I chatted with Jason online and within 30 minutes of scheduling my appointment online through the chat with Jason my tech arrived. Christian was great and thorough. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
