Great service, called to get my garage repaired and the driver arrived the same day, gave me a call prior and fixed my garage in less than 30 minutes. Excellent guy, had a good conversation with him while he repaired the garage. I will recommend them to anyone!

The service tech came out and I could tell that he was just trying to sell and not fix. He did not even look at anything, he told me he could not even open the door. He quoted me over $800. Said the spring was broke and the motor was burnt out. He also said for twice as much he would be better material and longer warranty. He was so nervous talking to me. I told him to give me quotes and had him leave. I then called another company and they came out, Opened my door, replaced the sring and said the motor was just fine. All fixed for under $350. I do not recommend this place - pure con job!

Another OUTSTANDING experience with the company. Called this morning to get an appointment to adjust the upper and lower limit on door opener. The very professional receptionist (courtney) scheduled for today between 1-5 pm. The service tech (Shane) arrived at 1230. He was very courteous as well as professional. The adjustments were made and were even covered under warranty. Thanks all, very pleasant experience start to finish.

First off, I work in Orlando and live in Tampa, so finding out you offer a 6pm-10pm time slot for appointments was wonderful. I chose that option. After receiving a conformation call that he was :15 Min away, your Technician, Shane, slipped in like Batman, under cover of darkness, to right the wrongs of the previous installer. (who will remain unnamed) After completing his mission correctly, courteously, promptly, and Professionally, he was off to continue his vigilance through the night, correcting the maddening malfunctions that plague Garage door owners across our great land! Great Job Shane!

Dear Precision people, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Last Saturday evening I managed to do a bit of damage to our garage door. Well to tell the truth ... I was just trying to keep the door from smashing into the back of the car and then smashing my husbands head...I don't know exactly how I managed to do it...I'm really sorry...it all happened sooooo fast!!!! We called Precsision and the next morning Jordan came out and fixed it like it never happened...WOW your commercials on TV are TRUE!!! Jordan had everything on the van to fix the door and in about an hour it was like new. He replaced some parts and fixed things up...we live in a 55 plus community...we know about parts that could use replacing and others needing to be fixed up...wish it were that easy to do it on us Seniors!!! A garage door issue never happens at an opportune time. Our spring broke on a Sunday. We placed the service call and our technician Chris was onsite within an hour. Chris was very thorough with his information. He was not pushy with his recommendations, he put all of the information before us and left us to make the decision. By the time he was finished, we felt like we had made a new friend. There were no extra charges for it being a Sunday. That in itself will make me a return customer. I can't say enough good about Precision They are amazing!

I was impressed with advertisement for same day service. Had garage door repaired. Employees were friendly and courteous. Took time to do thorough check of door and explain what needed to be done. Made recommendations without pressuring the homeowner. I would rate service as 5 star.

The service was great and Jimmy was a super technician. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He gave me some good pointers on how to maintain my garage door. The only negative was the price. I was charged $70 for a remote that sells on Amazon for $35 and $90 for a keyless entry pad that sells for $39 on Amazon. I expect to pay more for the knowledge that Jimmy brought but not double. $180 bill and he was here less than 30 minutes.

Mike Fanning was prompt, professional, efficient, & courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he presented us with options from which we could chose. Once selected, he quickly replaced our broken garage door opener with a new (and more improved) opener. He replaced the wall mounted control switch, reprogrammed the car opener, & held a short “class” on safety features & how to make it all work. Well done Mike!
