The service tech was great! Very professional and friendly. He also programmed the remote in my car and replaced the light bulb in my opener. He fixed the wiring and straightened the pull bar that was put in wrong buy the previous installer from another company. He also informed me that the springs were not safe and the door could not be manually lifted. I can park my car in the garage again and feel like I totally got great service for a reasonable price. It also came with a 5 year warranty.

Brian came out and assessed the problem immediately and gave me two options. He had the new belt driven motor on his truck and I was back in business within an hour!!! Wesley Allen was my service technician. I was highly impressed with him from my first phone call. I was a little late getting home from the doctor. When I told him that, he asked if I was okay. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did an excellent job of informing me what he found, gave me three options to do today, and showed me some issues I need to address in the future but were okay for now. $866 for a two spring door replacement seems far over the top. The service tech called me prior to commencing the job. There are two sides to every story, but in my opinion he made it sound much worse than 2 springs. Talked about tracks, and rollers, etc. etc That call was at 2:04 pm at 3:08 pm he was done with work and collecting money on the phone. Never again, overpriced.

Way too expensive!!! Charged $90.00 for a $5.00 part and $60.00 for a $10.00 part. The tech was here at the house for about 35 minutes and ten of that was talking with me. Total price gouging. This is my second time using them and my last.

Keith explained why the problem was, he could repair it. he had seen this many times. He gave me estimate on repairing and replacing and explained the pros and cons. We agreed on repair. He completed the job in an hour for the price he said. Keith was personable and did a great job. I will definetly recommend and use Precision again.
