Mike Boyle was our technician. The technician arrived promptly within 2 hrs of our initial call. He explained what was needed for our repair. He answered all our questions and replaced our broken springs and worn bearings. My wife and I were very pleased with Mike's work and attention to detail.

Precision installed a new garage door and opener for us. This company did a fantastic job. They were on time for the estimate and the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer was also very professional and it was amazing watching him complete the transformation of our old 70's door to the new one. My technician was phenomenal. I actually cancelled my original appointment with another company (banko) because they weren't willing to accommodate my schedule and had poor customer service. Couldn't get my car out and they couldn't come until later in the day. At least it's working now.

Our garage door opener wore out after 15 years. I called Precision after having an excellent previous experience with them. I asked if they could come the next day and he arrived as scheduled in the morning. He replaced the opener with a belt driven one that is so smooth and quiet you can barely hear it instead of it shaking the entire house. The technician was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.
