The tech was polite, but instead of just telling me what the problem was and fixing it, or how to avoid from it happening again, he asked me unnecessary questions and told me all the things that could eventually go wrong with my garage door.

Mr. Daring explained everything that was working incorrectly so I could understand the options he showed me for services I was able to do today during this service visit. He got everything done by the time he said he would too! Thank you to Mr. Daring for another great experience with this company. I’m a repeat customer as I used this company’s services when I owned a house in the same area so great professional service!

I purchased a new garage door and was very pleased with the installation crew for their professional workman ship. They were on time and did exactly what was on the order. I would recommend them to everyone looking for new garage door. The quote was complete with no hidden items and they hauled off the old door and cleaned up after themselves. GOOD JOB GUYS.

Even though it was the week of Christmas, you were able to send a technician the next morning. Your technician, Daron, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He reprogrammed the remotes that had stopped working and replaced all the hardware for our main garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. I will recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors. Thank you, Daron.

Thank you Precision. Your tech John Papas came out evaluated my system and offered me the best possible option and I was very satisfied. Springs and garage door opener were my best options. He was courteous, kind, intelligent, and most helpful and did not leave any debris. All was done to my satisfaction. I will be calling back for my rollers. The best part is that I have a 2-year warranty.

Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!

Dino was the technician assigned to our repair. He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time, wore a face mask, and was professional and courteous. He quickly solved the problem of the opener not resetting. Dino's the kind of guy I would want on my team! I've used Precision twice now and will only call them for all my garage door needs. When I asked Josh what I would be charged today he told me that my door opener was under warranty and there would be NO CHARGE. WOW I was expecting that . Initially, I was impressed with the Ad. More impressed when the estimate was given and how professional the presenter was. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing. The installers did a great job and were very helpful. A class A job in minimal time. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great job.
