Recently I called Precision Garage Door Service to have a preventive maintenance service done on my two garage doors with the intent of preventing any unexpected problems. This service was done on September 23, 2019 by Precision's Residential Technician Jose Rosario. I'm taking this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction on garage door service and especially to praise their technician who I found extremely patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Listening to him describing the problem and watching him perform the work was a rare pleasure. It's very obvious he likes his job and likes the company he works for. Today it's not easy to find a company that will do this quality of work work in your home. In my opinion Jose Rosario is definitely an asset to Precision and if I were his supervisor I would definitely want him working for me and representing my company. He's Good. From start to finish I was very pleased with this company. After talking to 3 other companies in the local area I didn't feel that I was getting the service or quality of product that I was looking for. I spent just 45 minutes with my sales rep Julie And before she could give me all of my prices I already made a decision on what door I wanted. JERRY gave us an early phone call to alert us of the impending arrival of the Precision Garage Door Team, and to have the garage area clear of cars and obstacles. Upon JERRY and SHERMANS arrival, they were very professional and quick. Once the install was complete JERRY put the garage door “ through it’s paces “ and lubricated it thoroughly, and instructed me on bi-monthly lubrication points of the garage door.

I have used Precision over 10 years for my garage door needs. Just recently had to have the motor and belt replaced. Tech arrived on time of appointment. It was determined could repair the old motor but be so expensive decided to go with a new motor. He replaced the motor, belt, railing, sensiors, and door panel in less than hour and half. He was very knowledgeable and experience how to put in the new parts. I was as pleased with their work this time as I have been in the past. I would highly recommend them. Also another plus they carry the parts needed on the truck so able to get it fixed the same day.

This is a five star company form the beginning to the end. Rebecca from sales was extremely helpful in choosing the right door. Jerry, the installer, was prompt, extremely competent. Answered all my dumb questions with a sense of humor. The only small hiccup in the process was my door was a special order and took longer than I expected to arrive. I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them.
