The tech (Andrew) that was sent to service our door couldn't have been better. On time, informative, knowledgeable, and best of all, very personable. I had a "popping" in the door when we opened it every time. We looked at all the possibilities of the cause and couldn't find a thing. Finally he noticed the "rack" above the door (where we stored items) had moved just a slight bit and the door was touching it on the way up. Andrew made a minor adjustment and problem solved. Would give Andrew and Precision the highest recommendation possible. We have used them numerous times.

We were very pleased with the service we received today. Technician was very polite and answered all our questions.We didnt know we would need a new garage door opener but our old one was 15 years old and wouldn't pay to repair it. We didn't feel pressured by Keven the technician to buy today but felt very comfortable with the product and price we were quoted. I would recommend this company.

I just had a great experience with Precision Door repair today. I phoned them this afternoon, a technician came hours later and completed my repair work which included installing a whole new cable. The total cost was a lot less than I anticipated. I recommend them highly. And, no, I don't know any of them personally.

Bob & Arnold, did a great job explaining the problem with the door. they also gave me my options for the repairs . I decided to have them replace the complete opener system, they also corrected problems with the new torsion springs,that were installed last friday. I will recommend Precision to all my friends and family, My installers name was Luke Rose, he called me prior to coming over. Once he got there he noticed that my air handler was going to be in the way of the door opening, he looked over the situation and came up with a plan to customize the tracks so that the door would fit. He did a fantastic job and my wife and I could not be happier. He was a true professional and made sure that everything was perfect before cleaning up and leaving. He deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service he performed.
