We heard about Precision Garage Door from their many ads during the local news we watch. They were our second choice when our garage stopped working because we first wanted to contact another garage repair company we had worked with in the past. Given the experience over the phone with the late-night tech at the other company, we called Precision. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day to have our springs replaced and our service guy Josh was a pleasure to work with. He gave me 15 min notice that he was on his way and didn’t mind when I was a few minutes late racing home from work. He explained the repair and cost to me then performed the work in a timely manner. He was professional and kind. We had a great experience with Precision and would definitely recommend them.

Great service! Matt is best technician I’ve ever met! Prices are VERY high but service and cleanliness was excellent! Replaced springs and all new opener with universal remotes. I guess you get what you pay for. I’m always going to call you first. Thanks for asking.

Great same day service. Had Motor, springs and bearings all replaced the same day. Technician was very friendly and gave us numerous options. Work was complete within a few hours. Working great now!

I had this door installed five years ago I’ve already replaced the springs and then today the bracket pulled out from the opener from the door and you wanted to sell me a new bracket for 125 reason being is the door is hur Hurricane door which is very heavy and the screws pulled out which he stated it was not your problem if you install have a door wouldn’t you upgrade the bracket you’re operating a scam

Noah did a great job for us yesterday. He located the problem with the garage door( slow to open) and gave us his recommendations to correct that issue plus updating other parts to the door that were in need of replacement due to age/use. Long story short, if the power is on, the motherboard should never touch the motor. So after killing that opener, I called Precision and was able to have someone come out that very day, on Memorial Day Weekend !! Matt came, quoted a price, and once I agreed, he had it installed in an hour! He did an awesome job. He also stopped by on his way home after I called about a question. All is well. Price a little high? Yes, a little, but I had a new opener in an hour!!

We bought a new garage door in March and in general it works fine. But recently it began to make a loud "thud" sound when it nears the end of its travel when opening. It seems as though something may be binding causing the door to momentarily slow down until the motor can overcome this. Then it jerks quickly to catch up resulting in the thud sound. Your technician investigated and adjusted one of the rails but the problem remains...in fact it may be worse. He told my wife that "it's a big metal moving door and sounds are to be expected". I understand that the door will make sounds when opening, but the jerky movement and loud thud sound is not normal. I'm afraid this will cause a premature wearing out of my opener. I would like another technician to look at this again.

I want to thank Precision for a great job delivered today. Through sheer stupidity I backed into my closed garage door several months ago and damaged three aluminum struts (one of which was hanging half off the door). Fortunately I was able to operate the door OK, but I certainly didn't want that aluminum piece to be hanging forever. My appointment window was between 8:00 AM and noon, and John arrived at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. Much to his credit he had all the parts he needed for a full repair, and he replaced the old, rusty rollers. Although he gave me a quote for a replacement door, he didn't push it and confirmed the existing door still has life in it (with the smoother rollers). The repair was done in less than 2 hours, plus I had John install and program a new outdoor remote I had purchased. All-in-all, John was fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Precision!

Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!
