I am very pleased with my new garage door from Precision. I purchased a complete replacement, doors, springs, motor, the works. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were top notch, quick, friendly, professional and the door itself is terrific. As can happen from time to time, we had a problem with my custom garage order as the door was shipped from the manufacturer missing a panel but the staff at Precision worked with me during the whole process, rescheduling the installation and addressing all my concerns in a straight forward and professional manner. I am happy I chose Precision for my great looking, hurricane rated garage door.

We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

I have never ever has such perfect customer service from a company. I met two installer/tecnicians. Both were great. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. Quoted a price, for replacing a broken spring, and when the technician showed up the price was tripled! Would not recommend this Company.

I have used Precision Door Service for about 20 years. Needing to replace a very old door opener, of course I called Precision again. I called and was given a choice of appointment times including that day if I chose. The service man actually called and was able to come earlier than my time slot if it was convenient. He explained my options and installed my new opener and explained the functions. I was pleased with his efficiency and the overall experience with Precision. I would recommend this company highly based on all my experiences.

young man did a great job..... knowing the price of everything has gone up and have been in the AC service business, i am aware of the need to mark up parts, i was surprised by the cost of bearings.... that said, i understand that the mark up pays a lot of your overhead. i do not question your billing and appreciate the ability to help me out today.

Mr. Timothy Vaughn came out today and installed a damaged circuit board. He was very professional and courteous. Our installation technician was Jesus Echevarria who was polite, efficient & through. He removed the old door and hardware, cleaned everything up and did a great job installing the new door and hardware giving me a rundown on it's function and lubrication requirements. The cost and quality was very good and being a cheep old DYI guy I'm quite satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our old garage door opener used to squeak and strain going up and down. It finally just quit working all together. Zack from Precision Overhead Door replaced the springs and put in a new lifter. He did a great job, and even explained how to program the remotes with my wife's car. He was very professional and polite. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Our garage door, opener, and spring system were about 30 years old. The spring broke and the rollers plus some bushing/bearings were showing age. In the past, we had used a different garage door company with limited success so, based on TV advertising, we call Precision. After talking with Precision, we made an appointment for the next day, Kevin, our technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, and gave us several options & price points. We agreed on a middle-priced level. The spring replacements, roller replacements, and additional work took an approx. .5 hours. After completion, everything worked as new. Kevin explained what he did, why he did it, and proper maintenance. For the work done and the parts replaced, the cost was nominal & acceptable. My wife and I are pleased with the competence of our tech, the quality of the parts, and the professionalism of the repair. We have no qualms recommending Precision.
