Ever since the main springs were replaced the door has been "stiff" on its left side, but after I painted the door it got worse. Your man came out awhile back and told me to lube the flaps that seal the door shut and that helped, but not enough apparently. Bryan replaced the broken cable and installed new winding rollers and cables, then lubed all the closure flaps, door joints, and roller wheels. He showed me how to do that. I have begun scraping the dried paint from the flaps on the sides and top of the door and respraying them. I will get most of the paint off the flaps and keep them lubed; I also will pay attention to the roller joints in the doors and wheels as well. If I need additional service, I will request Bryan again, he is a good maintenance instructor. Tell him thanks for me for getting our garage FOC again. Jay

On 1/6/17 Tim came to repair the garage door. He was patient with me, very pleasant and polite, he came with all the tools needed, explained thoroughly what my options were and skillfully performed his work. I was very pleased. Two days before Christmas my garage door would not open, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and they were able to make an appointment the same day. I was extremely happy with the same day appointment for no-one wants to go into the holidays with a broken garage door. My technician, Keith Anderson contacted me to let me know he was on the way. As soon as Keith arrived he introduced himself and asked numerous questions to determine the nature of the problem. Once the issue(my springs were bad) was determined he was able to provide me with solutions which came in a couple of options. Keith quickly went to work and was able to complete the job in a little over an hour. Keith also made recommendations for my garage door which is something that will need to be completed in the future. Keith was professional, courteous and answered any questions that I had about my garage door. Keith had tweeked his back earlier in the day but he still remained friendly and professional. I hope the recommendation I made for him about a heat patch worked and he was able to have a Merry Christmas without back pain. I definitely would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and if you're lucky enough to get Keith Anderson as your service tech, it's an added bonus. Thank You !

I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Jeremy. He called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way, as I was told he would. I have had way too many contractors and repairmen come to my house without being able to achieve this simple first step, so it's nothing that I take for granted. It really thrills me when they don't even call, and then show up three hours later than scheduled like the roofer I had out here last week. Jeremy was very pleasant and professional to talk with from the moment he arrived to the moment he left. He looked the job over and gave me a thorough, complete description of the parts repair options and his recommendations. Each of three options were appropriately priced and involved no sticker shock. He explained the advantages of each option and didn't pressure me in any way. I made the choice and he said it would take him about an hour. I had several questions that came to me during the course of his work, and he was happy to answer them all very much to my satisfaction. He was finished in about an hour just like he said, and did every step of the work in proper fashion--no shoddy, half-baked looking stuff. Credit card payment was processed crisply with a genuine tablet based credit card terminal, not one of those finicky "square" devices that plugs into a cell phone. Jeremy was an excellent representative for your company and I will call Precision again for any future garage door needs. I will recommend them to my friends as well. I should also mention that the woman that I spoke with on the phone when making the service request, was also very professional and friendly to deal with. All in all, a job very well done, for a very reasonable price.

Very prompt courteous service. I was not familiar with the brand of opener that was installed (Linear) but was assured by the installer that it was a top quality unit. Two small problems I've noticed...very short range using my car remote (my old Liftmaster had a range of over a block). This one is slow even from my driveway. The other small problem was that the installer left screws and bolts all over the garage floor from where he removed the old unit.

James came out at about 6 pm. We discussed the problem with my door opener. I agreed on what needed to be done and was ready to set up an appointment for service. That's when James said he could do it now. By 8:30 he was done and I had a new unit that works great! He also replaced the bearings and worn out rollers. The door runs so quiet and smooth. James was very professional and did a great job.
