I am very impressed with the technician, Jose Rosario. He arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He installed a new garage door motor with all the parts that go with it. He also programmed both of my vehicles to the opener. He was very knowlegeable and efficient and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! The tech, Matt, as great. Turns out I have electrical issues in the garage that need to be addressed before he can complete the repair and as soon as I get that problem fixed, I’ll schedule his return. I was not impressed with the appointment schedulers.

Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function.
