your teck was excellent and and very very professional. After I had the opener installed I realized that I did not mention a coupon that I did not print off for him. Afterwards I received a call that I was going to get the coupon discount and that a check would be forth coming. As of this date I do not remember getting a refund. Of course I sometimes cannot remember things at my age (hopefully I am just kidding). If the check was sent could you give me the check number and the amount so I can check with my bank. Thank you and "yes" I would recommend Precision.

Joseph Payette was the technician who came to repair my garage door open, he was very professional, proficient, and friendly. This is the second time I have used Precision and have had to have repairs which were both on the weekend. They came and took care of the problem the same day so I didn't loose time from work. THE BAD AND THE GOOD First the bad: the back-office needs to be more forthcoming about the fact that the coupon offers may not be of the same quality or warranty. This puts tremendous stress on the installer to do damage control when the customer is negatively surprised after he arrives. Chris wisely called ahead and explain the situation although I still feel the back office would have could have prevented that. THE GOOD.... With that said Chris and all the folks I contacted we're very courteous and helpful! the situation was handled very well .... hence the five star rating! The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my bearings we're original 15+ yr old and even showed me that they we're bad. we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

CARLOS was amazing. Extremely friendly. Before he was about to pull away and leave the job, he noticed something was wrong with my garage door opener while I was inside the house. He took it upon himself to come back, reprogram my garage opener, and make sure everything was ok before leaving. Definitely recommend this company.

Keith arrived promptly and proceeded to listen to me explaining what the problem was. He then began to address my concerns, even though I asked him to do more by installing a new motor. Jeffery made two stops to my home for the same issue. The first time, he tried to make everything work with existing hardware. And it did for a while. However, a few weeks in, we started having the same issue. On his second trip, he replaced defective sensors, lowered them on the rail to where they should have been, and tested the system multiple times before wrapping up. This is some of the most thorough, friendly, and timely service we've experienced since moving to St. Petersburg last two months ago. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

I contacted Precision on Sunday morning due to a broken garage spring. The operator stated the assigned technician would contact me in the afternoon prior to arrival. I later received a call from Chris Pinnegar who told me he would be arriving within fifteen minutes. He arrived and immediately introduced himself and then proceeded to explain how he would perform the repair. During the process he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested they also be replaced. Clearly he was correct so he also replaced all the bearings and then lubricated the door. In addition, he also adjusted the garage door opener belt and made the appropriate adjustments. What a pleasure to have such a professional and knowledgeable young man taking care of my garage door. Precision is very fortunate to have an employee of his quality. Thank you Mr. Pinnegar.

The condo doors began to make a loud banging noise lately, and I was concerned that it had a big problem. I called you and you were here the next day, made a few adjustments, and my door is as quiet as I can expect. I would never have another company install or repair my doors. Our tech Andrew was great and finished the job quickly. Only thing that bothers is the $20.00 fuel surcharge that was never mentioned. I only noticed after looking at the invoice. I would absolutely use Precision again, but I will ask about surcharges next time before committing.

Edward Lucchesi was most impressive! Explained what was wrong with the door and offered to make it operable. The door is almost 60 years old - no replacement parts - and that was impressive. After talking with him I decided replacement was the best option and the work was scheduled. Looking forward to having new doors on Monday!

This is the second time I've used Precision. Back in November 2016 they replace a garage door opener for me. Today they replaced the springs on my garage door and added bracing which was necessary to repair damage to the door. Keith was the technician providing the service both times.
