I needed to have a new garage door installation and the technician Chris Pinnegar was excellent. He explained the things that were wrong and explained my options and prices. He was very courteous, professional and really knows his job. He is the best garage door person I've ever had in working on garage doors. Would definitely use him again. Very knowledgeable.

Would rate Precision 5 star based on service and efficiency. No delay in obtaining a service, very efficient and knowledgable staff. New garage door opener installation was needed to replace an extremely outdated unit, technician was competent and took time to explain options, also took time needed to program all the cars and hand remotes - excellent service. Only negative was cost, could have obtained the opener at lower cost but would have sacrificed speed in addressing the problem and potentially service quality.

Thank you for great service installing the new garage door! And thank you so much for correcting the previous error made by the installer who sold me struts for insurance wind mitigation when I actually needed a new impact rated door. I was so surprised that I didn't have to argue and make a fuss about this when I called. Your company did the right thing and offered to install a new door right away. I have been telling this story to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Today - the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener... and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake ... I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.

Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.

The tech, Matt, as great. Turns out I have electrical issues in the garage that need to be addressed before he can complete the repair and as soon as I get that problem fixed, I’ll schedule his return. I was not impressed with the appointment schedulers.

We knew it was only time before the second garage door needed repair. Bryan fixed the first one and did a great job, so we requested Bryan to fix the second garage door. And again, he did a great job, gave us options and was professional. If we ever need any more help with garage doors, we would only call Precision.

Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. Problem was nothing to do with the new opener, the cold weather had knocked out the alignment of the light beam. The tech made a slight adjustment, explained what I should look for we double checked the system, everything performed correctly. Our thanks.

What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Couldn't recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service highly enough. Well done, guys!
