I was able to have this problem fixed with 24 hours of my phone call. They gave me a four hour window in which to expect the service and then also called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. The technician not only fixed the initial problem but carefully checked over the entire door system. I was able to have it serviced during the initial visit which saved valuable time. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave me some great suggestions. The garage door installer, Ed, was prompt, very pleasant, and efficient. He recommended that I have my non-functioning garage door opener replaced. Jeremy, the technician, came out the same day and was also wonderful. He explained the differences of my options, and he installed the garage opener the same day. My new garage door (wood grained) looks beautiful, and my new garage opener works flawlessly.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them -- and Keith -- to others!

Matt did a great job of explaining the damage to the garage door and what had to be replaced. He explained additional weak spots and what could be replaced and told what the cost would be. He was great to work with. Though costly to fix the door he made it a pleasant experience. I would give him a 5 star rating.

You installed a new garage door opener and springs. While I am satisfied with your service I am dismayed that the original garage door opener and spring assembly needed to be replaced after just 8 short years. I hate planned obsolescence as practiced by our manufacturing companies today.
