Carlos Morales was my tech and called to say he could come earlier than my original time. I only called for service this morning! My opener system is over 30 years old, the door was replaced about 15 years ago. Last night a cable and spring broke while opening the door. Carlos fully explained repair and replacement options. Although I wasn't in the market for a new opener, it made sense to replace the opener, rail, cables, springs, bearings and rollers. Carlos and Jordan completed the install in less than 2 hours and fully explained how the new system worked. I am very pleased with how quickly Precision was able to respond and Carlos is an excellent representative of your company!

Called on Sunday with non-emergency request, Matt came on Monday at the scheduled time. He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. Garage Door Opener Repair. Came out same day I called for service. Circuit Board was the problem and had the part on the truck so replaced on same visit. Garage door was checked for safety and lubrication. Up and working again, even helped with reprogramming of remotes.

On February 10th 2017 our garage door opener started to have a problem going down. It would stop in the middle of the cycle for no unknown reason. This problem continued to happen more frequently so I called their office and was told a technician would be out w/i a few hours to look at it. I got a call from Jeffrey Pinney to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and got to work immediately. It is nice to call a company and get a pleasant person on the phone, schedule an appointment in a short period of time, have the work done by a professional representative. I would recommend Precision overhead garage door service in a heart beat. They replaced our garage door opener, keypad & rollers. It is now like a brand new door. I am glad I kept seeing Precision's advertising both in the paper and on billboards because that is who I thought to call once this problem started to happen. I would give them 5 stars.

Matt called ahead, arrived when promised and did an assessment of our 19 year old garage door. Based on his assessment we had all rollers and 2 bearings replaced. The door operates quietly and the work was completed as described. That is what I expected and that's what I received. Outstanding.

I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.
