Mr. Earle examined the bottom door seal and concurred that the replacement of the seal that I had requested was a good idea. He also indicated advantages of replacement of rollers with one with lower drag. I chose to delay this replacement until perhaps this fall. I was pleased with the technician and the service he provided. Thank you.

Mr. Brown performed a tune-up on my garage door purchased many years ago from Precision. He was courteous, relatively knowledgeable, and proficient. I was surprised he didn't whistle while he worked. He replaced rollers, a couple of screws, aligned door,and now I have the happy, smooth running silent door I remembered I purchased from Precision. If I happen to outlive my current garage door, I'd like to purchase a new one from this company!
