My husband and I had seen Precision commercials on TV, so my husband is the one who told me to give you guys a call. We did like that your company had certified technicians and that you were full insured. We had both of the torsion springs on the garage door replaced since one of the springs broken in half. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. He arrived on time, earlier than scheduled, which was fantastic. He did a great job and got our garage back in working order. I would most definitely consider using Precision again and would love to work with the same technician.

I used Precision for a repair to my current Genie garage door opener. Ed, and his teammate, were scheduled to be here between 4p-6p (Thank you for not giving your customers a 4-6 hour window to be sitting and waiting!!!) and they arrived shortly after 4pm. They were both very thorough with the work that needed to be done and they took the time to explain the repair to me. During the repair, the called me out to explain to me what was being done and then again when the job was finished. The two of them had the BEST attitudes!!!! Very friendly and funny too. That made me, as the customer, feel very much at ease with them both. I will recommend Precision to all my friends/family who may need new equipment or who may need a repair. My overall experience was terrific from the moment I called and set up my appointment to when my techs left the house. All around amazing experience. Thanks Precision!!!!

Garage door spring broke on saturday evening laborday weekend! got an appointment for sunday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00. Repairman Doug called about 8:15 said he would be here in about Twenty mins. Doug show up and inspected door and gave me the estimate said it would take about an hour to do. Door was fixed in about an hour at price Quoted and no mess in garage! Fine job.

I believe your TV advertising is excellent. Also, the fact that your phones are answered by a real person is such a 'plus'. I had to change my appointment, and there was so hesitation from the person whom I talked with--he was very accommodating. I needed some new nylon rollers and a new bottom seal, along with the 'routine' service. Matt was very personable, and explained everything needed, along with answering some questions about a new door opener, which we'll need in the future. I had to laugh when we were discussing the 'job to be done', he told me that I was the BOSS---I believe that may be the first time I was ever told that--I'm going to have to commit his name to memory ! I am pleased with the service, and will certainly call again when help is needed, and when we need that new door opener. Thank you.
