Wow, I have not had a pleasant experience with a Company before now. Precision technician Jeremy was on time and very professional. Jeremy, did a tremendous job and had the old garage door removed and taken away in no time and had my new garage door up and working within a couple of hours. I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely recommend your Company to friends and family.

Due to age and some problems with my garage door I decided it was time to get a new one. I have had work done by your company in the past and I have to admit your salesman (Greg) was one of the most helpful and professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing. I will have to wait a few weeks for my new door and your tech (sorry I forgot is name) was extremely attentive to details and professional as well. I would certainly recommend these to men and your company in the future.

He took the time to understand my concerns and corrected the problems. I could tell he wanted to make things right & he took the time & listened to me to understand my concerns. When I tried to put in the service techs name your form would not accept it. His name was Jason Scott and he was both professional and friendly. I would like to add (having retired in the customer service field) that it is very refreshing to have the president of a company take an interest in the daily goings on in his company. Had there been any problems, this would be the perfect tool for service recovery.
