When I called Precision regarding a garage door emergency, my call was answered immediately and an appointment made for a 4 hour slot that same day. Carlos, the technician called before his arrival which was right on time. He did an outstanding job assessing the situation, explaining the problem, and providing options for the repair. I found Precision on Angie's List. It was one of the top-rated garage door companies and had several glowing recent reviews from people in my area, so I called them. A service technician, Carlos (whose name isn't listed as a choice in the box below), called back the same afternoon and was here 15 minutes later. He was extremely personable and professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem that was causing my garage door to malfunction and also tweaked a couple of other things that the original building contractor skimped on. I had not expected such efficient same-day service when I originally called. I certainly will select Precision again if the need arises.
