Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

Complete joke of a company. I got a outrageous quote of $2300 to fix my garage lol. Called a different company and they charger $475 to do the same thing. Straight rip off I cant recommend this company

From the time Josh Hink arrived until he left, it was entirely a pleasurable experience. He was a perfect gentleman and knew exactly what to do. Being as experienced as he was, he went straight to work and diagnosed my repair issues; i.e., new replacement springs, flange bearings and track wheels. I was very satisfied with the service that I received today from your team member Josh. He was very professional and took care of my problem very fast. I am very pleased with Precision and would highly recommend them to ALL of my neighbors. When I asked Josh what I would be charged today he told me that my door opener was under warranty and there would be NO CHARGE. WOW I was expecting that . tech was good.Nice worker. I do think the price of all my was work was very expensive. I dont think NASCAR pays as much for Springs as I paid for my springs for my garage door? Got a 3/4 horse belt drive system only comes with 1 controller?. had rollers changed, bushing changed.

Josh arrived on time and had his Covid-19 mask on which we appreciated. He was extremely helpful, professional and straightforward in discussing our requirements for three different 8' high garage doors. Our problems ran from not enough clearance for a new opener on one door to an expensive repair on a door we never use to replacing an entire door or the possibility of replacing just one panel of the third door. With his input and suggesting options, we were able to make the best decision on each of the doors and very much appreciated his honesty and concern. In the end we will be installing a new more expensive opener on one door since there is not enough clearance for a traditional opener and we are working with Precision to replace the third door entirely with a hurricane resistant updated contemporary door which we use constantly. At no time did we feel Josh was pushing a more expensive option, on the contrary, he seemed concerned we would make the wisest decision for our needs. We have used Precision previously and will use them again. We feel they are trustworthy, their staff are polite and knowledgeable and we've never had any issues with work performed. We would recommend Precision to others.
