When our garage door spring broke, Keith of Precision OverHead Garage Door came to the rescue and got our door working in no time. Keith also quoted us a price we could not refuse on a new door we sorely needed and presented it in a relaxed and professional manner that was in no way pushy. Overall, it was an awesome experience. I would and will recommend Keith and Precision Door every chance I get.

Good evening. When I made my appointment I actually requested Keith as he repaired my garage door before. I was satisfied with the ease of making an appointment and the on-time service call. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told that the total charge would be $118 plus tax. But when he wrote up the invoice there was a $10 fuel charge added. I can't recall paying fuel charge the last time but If he had told me that up front, I don't think that I would have declined the service because I feel that the cost of the service was reasonable. I really that the fuel charge should be disclosed ahead of time. However, I still would choose Precision for any future repair needs.
