I choose Precision garage because I saw it advertise on TV. I'm glad I did. They came out the same day I called. And within the time I was told he would be out. The technician was very good and explained all my options. He got things done fast. He was very professional. If I need help with my garage door again I will call them. I could not be more appreciative of the response today by Precision Garage Door. I backed into my garage door resulting in it being jammed in the door frame. PGD dispatched a technician with an hour! The technician Robert Trottier could no have been nicer. He was very customer focused. He kept me informed and understood my need to be able to get out of the garage by a certain! Excellent Service!! Best service provider I have encountered since moving to FL in 2012!

Robert Trotter contacted me prior to his arrival and arrived right within his estimated time. He very quickly recognized my most immediate problem was the chain. Answering some of my questions he brought to my attention some options I have that would be to my benefit along, with fixing the chain. At this time Robert fixed the chain and gave me an idea of cost which allows me to plan for the near future. I am both very pleased and thankful for Robert’s help and time. I will never hesitate to ask for his help again, nor to refer him to my neighbors.

5 stars. I was particularly impressed by the technician's introduction of himself to me...along with a hand shake. Garage door needed new springs and a couple of minor repairs. The work was done in good time and Carlos explained what needed to be done, why and gave me the cost before beginning the work. I will definitely recommend Precision.
