Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. My garage door torsion spring had broken, leaving it inoperable. I called precision and they came right out at my convenience. The Technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to replace the springs and bearings, which were completely worn out. The door now is working like new. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of parts.

I used Precision because my neighbor had used them in the past. I can only give them 2 stars. One for the Tech for being courteous and polite and the other one for the people who answer the phones who are also very polite and zero stars for pricing! I want to share that Precision is VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I called and complain about their HIGH prices which they did adjust my bill but I still feel I overpaid. I know I should have done more homework on my part but this is the first time I had to have garage door repairs in the 27 years owning my home. So go and Google cost in your area! After viewing BobVila.com site (3/28/23); I realize I paid too much! Precision needs to be more transparent on pricing! When Tech arrived I was given 3 quotes (between $4,500 - $1,100)??? Really??? So Google and shop around and save yourself some money!!!!!!

My experience with Precision Over Head Garage Door service was amazing. I found it astonishing that the representative was able to get someone over to my residence the same day for an evaluation / repairs just as advertised on commercials. The technician reached out to me via phone to notify me that he was in route and arrived on time. His customer service, knowledge and friendliness was awesome. He explained what was going on with my garage in simple terms easy to understand and was courteous. It's also worth noting that he took the time to make sure that he correctly installed my replacement parts for my garage door and didn't rush the process. My hat goes off to your admin staff for their great phone etiquette and your amazing service technicians that have to work perform repairs and services in hot garages. I am satisfied with my service and I am a firm believer in the saying " A customer gets what they pay for".

My garage door and opener are 18 years old. Precision gave me next day service as promised, and even called me to arrange service earlier than originally scheduled. Robert Trotter, Precision's technician, called to give me an eta to my house. Upon arrival he introduced himself, asked what needed to be done, then inspected my opener and the garage door and its components. He clearly explained what was going on with everything to me and my wife, and offered different options and prices to get everything back to where it needed to be. We decided to install a new opener with a larger motor, and have some door components replaced. Robert made sure everything to use the opener was programmed for us and answered all our questions before he left. I recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door and/or opener service.

Robert came out in 30 mins. I was lucky he was close. He did a great. Replaced the springs on two garage doors. One spring was broken but did the other door sine it is 11 yrs old and do want to be trapped in the garage again. Robert was great, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Precision

Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for. Long story short as soon as the holidays are gone I’m going with one of the options the he recommended.
