Wayne was the person who show up, and when I got the electric goinghe explained that the door really is too heavy for the motor. He give me options, different price, and that would correct the problem, and I chose what was best for my budget. I was pleased with the work,, and he even made sure everythi g else was in top condition.

Have had Precision Garage Door Service for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided. Service is provided as soon as possible after my call. Today Dewayne was my tech. He was very pleasant and efficient. He identified the problem and in addition offered to do a maintenance checkup, which I had not done in years. Then he took his time working, was very through checking every part of the garage door system. I appreciate this type of service and will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others. Thank you.

Called in the morning and they where here in 5 hrs. the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly. Gave us three possible choices and cost to solve our problem and didn't pressure us in anyway. We decided to upgrade our 12 year old system. The work was done professionally with no mess, thanks to your tech. And now we have a 7 yr warranty and a system that we can rely on for years to come. Thank you!!!

Wayne was knowledgable, skilled and has a great attitude. He called when he was on his way and arrived with a smile. He installed a new Linear garage door opener on our double garage. Our old Craftsman worked, but was noisy and wasn't able to handle programing enough vehicles, remotes and the keypad. Thank you, Wayne!
