We have had our garage door for several years and absolutely love it. I have a 13ft high garage so we went with a high lift door with a jack shaft that removed the common track just above your head. We called in a Warrenty claim and Chris McVeigh was our service technician. He was supper polite and very pleasant, especially it being the end of day and the issue was not very apparent and it took a lot of steps climbing up to the controller so many times to debug the issue…. He left with a smile and on to the next job.

Once again, precision garage door came through when we had issues with our garage we called on a Saturday afternoon because I dark was stuck open and they were there by late afternoon that day.. we had the pleasure of doing business with Chad, who was very respectful very courteous very informative and precision garage door should be proud of him as an employee. Helped us get the best replacement just in time for the next hurricane to hit us as we know it's going to. I had a fantastic experience with Precision. We just moved into our new home and the spring on one of our garage doors snapped. I called and Sean came out same day to replace the spring and actually ended up replacing all the mechanisms on both doors as well as replacing one of the motors that was older. The price was great, but even more so the job was done very well and professionally. I appreciate Sean's hard work and working around all the boxes and junk in our garage from only being in the new house for about a week. I highly recommend this company and Sean's work!

This is the second time I’ve had to call precision, different reason each time. They are very quick to come out and fix the problem! Technician Josh is amazing! Very nice guy and very knowledgeable, he does not pressure you to make decisions at that moment, because these problems can get very expensive.
