Just as hurricane Ian approached Florida my garage door spring broke. Both cars were inside and try as we might we could not open the door….BTW if the spring breaks only 3 gorillas could open the door. I phoned and got a recording that due to the hurricane the company was closed. But they had a “Contact Us” on their web site. I used that and on Friday at 7:00 AM Precision called and by that evening we were all set! Thank you for helping us as quickly as you did.

My door is or almost 20 years old, and I attribute the longevity of it to you all. If something happens I always call you and I have always gotten quick response/ service. Got a next day appointment for a Sunday to fix a minor problem. The technician was very nice and pointed out some possible future problems with some parts that were past there expected failure date. Was not pushy at all and totally left the decision to me if I wanted to replace some other parts.

When calling your company on a Saturday at 9 am, I was surprised an actual person answered the phone. Even more surprising was when they were able to schedule a mid afternoon service. And fortunately ( because it turned out to be a big job) the schedule allowed Zackery to get here before noon and he worked on rebuilding the entire door system. He was professional, patient and understanding. I was very impressed with Zack and after his thoughtful explanation I decided to go for the top of the line everything with a 7 year guarantee. Totally satisfying interaction with the company every step of the way.

Our initial contact was with Brian Harmon, he was very helpful with our decision to replace the broken spring or replace the whole door. We replaced the door. The installers were Andrew Lachance and Tyler Cope, they did an excellent job of installing the new door and took the time to explain the controls and options.
