We always have received good service from your company. Service techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman here today was very nice and helpful. Although the battery I need is no longer carried, he was helpful in giving me some suggestions to remedy my situation. He was kind enough to spray my spring as it was noisy and it’s hard for me to do.

Had a frayed garage door cable. Called Precision in the morning and received same-day service. The two technicians examined everything, and I ended up replacing the springs as well. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but I have a commercial grade door, and the service was great! I’ll use them again.

Shawn recently came back to stall new rollers, which were part of my pkg. again,super service. Appt made easily, Notified me when he was coming. Best service from any company in the area for any repair of any kind! Amazing people and company. Office person was also super!
