Precision Garage Door Service has provided garage door installation and maintenance service for me since 2012. Just this evening, their tech, Chris McVeigh, was able to perform a same day garage door opener belt replacement and general door performance check starting at 8PM! They aren't the cheapest; but having quality techs, convenient evening service hours, and many parts right in their service vehicle to allow for quick repairs makes for a great service experience.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon just prior to expecting out of state family arriving at the airport. Precision Garage Door Service promptly responded to our residence that day and made the repair. Although there were some glitches with the initial installation, the company quickly made the corrections and I was contacted immediately by management without prompting the call. Precision Garage Door Service is prompt, professional, and their customer satisfaction gets high marks. I would recommend them for all your garage door needs.

I was not able to raise/lower my garage door this afternoon. I went online to set up an appointment for later today. Chris McVeigh gave me a call and said he be arriving in about 15 minutes. I was impressed with Chris’s ability to analyze the problem and make recommendations to resolve the issue. I liked the fact that Chris offered the recommendations with no high pressure sales tactics. I made the decision to replace my 13 year old motor. Chris was here for a few hours. His attention to detail and workmanship was flawless. He took time to answer my questions.
