We called first thing in the morning and the technician, Ben, was able to come out the same day! He even called when he had a cancellation so he was able to come earlier than expected!!!! Ben was very professional, explained everything in detail, and gave us choices/options on the products. He did not push the top of the line product, even though we did buy it AND we love it!!! He told me the door balance was fine,yet he marked it as failed.He also failed the cables--they are stainless and I am sure they are Not worn. I called for a repair-man to replace my springs not a person to try to sell me other parts by bargaining with me on the cost of these additional parts. He was more of a salesman than a repairman. Hopefully the job was done right.
