Excellent and informative repair man, but just wondering why the lift arm reinforcing door plate is sold separately since it came packaged with the belt and slide mechanism I purchased. It would seem all contents included the box would belong to me, the purchaser (excluding of course additional instillation fees which I declined).

The Precision Team was great from from sales to installation. The install techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and and did a great job on the install. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks. It is not always easy to work with contractors and companies in this day and age but the Precision team was really great from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone if you are thinking about a new garage door!

We have a Manual Garage door. I called around 12:45 pm I spoke with Jules she was very helpful. I was told that the window for someone to come out was going to be between 2 pm - 6 pm. Travis was our tech and he was at our home by 2:30 pm. He was very professional explained everything to us and gave us a quote. He did an outstanding job and was awesome. Your company is fantastic! Thanks for being so prompt and professional. We really appreciate it very much and will recommend your company to all of our friends.

The two gentlemen who came to service our garage door opener, Aidan and Brandon, were extremely polite, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to explain what was wrong with our current opener and what our options would be. They installed a new opener and walked us through all the details of how to use it. Very knowledgeable. We would recommend Precision to others just because of them!

We have used this company in the past and were very pleased with their knowledgeable and professional technicians. They realized our problem immediately and gave us an estimate of work to be done in order of importance. We were able to choose the most important that would fit our budget. The company also has a program that helped us to get the most done with sometime to pay for the job. The next morning we could see a bit of daylight under the garage door and living in Florida we did not need any critters in the garage. We called them back and they were there that day and took care of the problem.

The whole experience was pretty easy from start to finish. Basically I couldn't get my car out of the garage because the spring had broken ( solid garage door considering it had been installed in 2000). I called to set up an appointment for the next day (borrowed a friend's car for 24 hrs!) and the tech showed up as scheduled and called first as promised. The technician-Chris E-explained what the issues were, what was more pressing to repair and made a few suggestions for further consideration. I asked my friend to come over ( for moral support! ) and Chris patiently went over everything again. I decided to go with Chris' full plan because in the end, I felt it was better to keep the door in good working condition for as long as possible. Even though, I hate spending money...I felt like this company was trustworthy and I got a 7 year warranty. They also had different payment options to choose from which made life easy.

It's hard to find people and companies one can trust these days; so, I'm writing this review to let you know my experience with Precision. My garage door broke on a Saturday, and I was unable to raise the door to get my car out. I called expecting an appointment sometime this week, but they came out within a few hours. The technician, Phillip Hunter, was courteous and professional. He explained what happened, quoted me a price to fix it, and then made the repairs. Everything is operating properly, and I'm happy with the price. Good experience all around. Thank you.

Through the advertisements online and on radio i have heard about Overhead door in the past. Needed to repair our existing door opener that had a broken chain drive. Called today and spoke to a very nice and personable receptionist and she scheduled us for an estimate the very same day. Zack came out a few hours later and let us know what was needed to fix the situation. He had the spare parts on the truck and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonable price. He was very polite and professional. The whole estimate and repair was done in less than an hour. Would definably refer or call back anytime.
