It's hard to find people and companies one can trust these days; so, I'm writing this review to let you know my experience with Precision. My garage door broke on a Saturday, and I was unable to raise the door to get my car out. I called expecting an appointment sometime this week, but they came out within a few hours. The technician, Phillip Hunter, was courteous and professional. He explained what happened, quoted me a price to fix it, and then made the repairs. Everything is operating properly, and I'm happy with the price. Good experience all around. Thank you.

Through the advertisements online and on radio i have heard about Overhead door in the past. Needed to repair our existing door opener that had a broken chain drive. Called today and spoke to a very nice and personable receptionist and she scheduled us for an estimate the very same day. Zack came out a few hours later and let us know what was needed to fix the situation. He had the spare parts on the truck and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonable price. He was very polite and professional. The whole estimate and repair was done in less than an hour. Would definably refer or call back anytime.

We have used Percision Overhead Door in the past and were very pleased but yesterday's service was exceptional. I called in the afternoon for an appointment and they said someone would be here yet that day. Aaron arrived, listened to the problem and was very friendly and efficient. He figured out the progblem in minutes and everything was in working order very quickly. I've never had such quick service.
