Precision installed a hurricane rated garage door. We were generally pleased with the company and the product. However, there were two installation issues. The bottom wall brackets supporting the tracks were mounted in the wrong location. More importantly, the tech neglected to check the auto-reversing safety features. These items led to the failure of the city inspection. Precision returned and corrected the problems and a second inspection passed.

From start to finish my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service was excellent. Karen got me on the schedule the same day, and Cody arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue then evaluated the entire system, giving me a range of options all carefully explained. I chose a major overhaul of aging parts—springs, rollers, cable drums, ball bearings, etc. Cody did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the results. Our garage door was installed by Precision back in 2011. As with most products it was beginning to require repair. Your technician Matthew Salas came out within a few hours of our request for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what we needed and the price, and didn't pressure us in any way. Then he did the repairs quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with him, and can only say that you are lucky to have him as such a great employee!

We selected Precision Door Service because they are in our area. The rep. we spoke with was very accommodating to get us scheduled as soon as possible. The technician came out the next day, first appointment. He did an assessment on our garage door. He showed us and explained what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. The technician showed us the parts and bearings he replaced. The workmanship comes with a 7 year warranty, no additional charge.
