Mr. Jim Johnson came on Sunday, April 10, 2016 and was very professional. He explained the problem we had with our Genie garage door opener and after much thought and discussion with no pressure from him, we decided to have him install a new belt drive Linear Opener. He installed the new opener, balanced the springs and saw to it that the system was perfectly balanced in operating order. In my opinion he went out of his way on details to do an outstanding job. As I told the operator and techie, our last name is Coffin....not Cosfin. You operator had told us it was a 2 to 4 time for Sat. I went home at 1:30 in case they came early. I called at 3:35 and they said the guy was about done and would call us right away. He never called and arrived at 4:35. He showed me on his calendar it was a 4 to 6 time. Sloppy work....who wants to have to cancel Sat evening plans because the door repair comes that late....I made the appt Fri AM...not happy. David Coffin

I was able to have this problem fixed with 24 hours of my phone call. They gave me a four hour window in which to expect the service and then also called to let me know they were 15 minutes away. The technician not only fixed the initial problem but carefully checked over the entire door system. I was able to have it serviced during the initial visit which saved valuable time. I would highly recommend this company.

They fixed my door in January and it broke again in March. They came back out the day I called and fixed the magic eye thing that had gotten bent. Doh. No charge.
