I found out about Precision from a truck near my house. I looked them up online and liked everything that I saw regarding the company. John Tsangarinos was the technician that came out to my house. He was very nice and very informative. He gave me several option on what to do with the door repair. I had to have Rollers replaced, brackets, replace the opener and the keypad entry. The door is like new. John even took the time to program the opener through my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very impressed with the quality of the work done and with the professionalism of the technicians (Carlos and Zack) that fixed our garage door. They did a great job, were very cordial and went the extra step to provide a great service and to explain to us what was done, how to operate the system installed, etc. Also, we are impressed with the speed with which our needs were taken care for. I called the office this morning and they scheduled and made sure we had two professionals at our doorstep within hours. We will definitely use Overhead Garage Precision in the future if needed (they did such a great job, we should be set for quite a while) and will recommend Precision to my friends. Sorry this is tardy! Bryan was knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted an easy to use outside keypad and I got that. Bryan noticed that my garage door sometimes stuck and it was very creaky and noisy. He replaced one part and put on new rollers-now the garage door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I am very satisfied and thought Bryan was a nice, "cleancut" young man. 5 stars
