I'm very satisfied with the product itself. The Precision Doors replaced another brand name product. These doors are super quite. The Service Tech., Matt, was very professional. His knowledge and his customer service skills are very exemplary. Not only did he identify the problem, he pointed it out to me in detail. That's what I really liked. Demeanor of an employee speaks volumes of a company. You have a good one in Matt.

Many thanks to Precision Garage Door Service. The brackets on our gargage door had deteriorated and we couldn't open or close the door. It's 41 degress in Clearwater and it was eminent that we get our door fixed so it would close. A very kind and courteous Techinician, John Tsangarinos, showed up quickly to repair the brackets.
