When I tried to put in the service techs name your form would not accept it. His name was Jason Scott and he was both professional and friendly. I would like to add (having retired in the customer service field) that it is very refreshing to have the president of a company take an interest in the daily goings on in his company. Had there been any problems, this would be the perfect tool for service recovery.

Service and response time is excellent. The first tech. was very thorough and took his time to explain our alternatives to fixing the door. He had a second tech. come out and give us another estimate so that we could make a decision to repair or replace. 5 Stars for customer service.

Jeremy, did a tremendous job and had the old garage door removed and taken away in no time and had my new garage door up and working within a couple of hours. I am very pleased with the results.
