When I tried to put in the service techs name your form would not accept it. His name was Jason Scott and he was both professional and friendly. I would like to add (having retired in the customer service field) that it is very refreshing to have the president of a company take an interest in the daily goings on in his company. Had there been any problems, this would be the perfect tool for service recovery.

I have had work done by your company in the past and I have to admit your salesman (Greg) was one of the most helpful and professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing.
