Service rep Issac came immediately after my call, and took great care to explain what had occurred and solved the problem with my garage door! We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Izak was such a gentleman. We had an issue with our key pad. As Izak said it must have been a fluke because he could find nothing wrong with it. Outstanding job by Isak. He was extremely professional in describing what issues that needed to be resolved. Went over all the options. He went over what needed to be done to operate what was repaired and what to do to maintain its peek performance. My daughter decided to hang from our garage door as it raised...came off track and then our spring broke! Within an hour of our call Issac was here to install a new spring. Working in the construction field most of my life I was well aware that our 30 year door was on it's last leg. Installing a new spring would have been a temporary fix as the wood was rotten in areas. Precision waived the fee for the emergency call and within 48 hours Jason had our new hurricane proof door installed! Both Jason and Issac we're extremely knowledgeable, polite and hard at it in this heat! Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a quick fix or a new garage door.

This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service. Also, it was wonderful to hear how much he loved your company and his job, HOW REFRESHING. We have recommend your company to several neighbors and will continue doing so.
