I found Precision on Angie's List when our door spring broke on a Saturday evening. Their ad specifed they provided service on nights and weekends which we needed as my husband's truck was trapped in the garage! I called immediately and was scheduled for the next day. Ben called to let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived, it only took him about an hour to fix the door and also make it quieter. He was very friendly and we appreciated his work ethic. We also like the 3 year warranty provided. We will definitely call again in the future.

Mike Wallace was my service technician (Work Order # 1749364, date 9/19/13). Mike is very professional and friendly. He arrived at my home at the scheduled time, and the quality of his work was excellent. Also, the garage door repairs and new garage door opener (Linear 3/4 H.P.) installation was completed without any delays. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door (and Mike Wallace) to other customers!

Real nice tech actually arrived early. Repaired springs, recommended replacement of additional warn parts, showed me the warn parts no monkey business. No hard sale tactics.. WILL DEFINITELY recommend and use from now on, perviously user of OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY; big difference in techs knowledge parts and professionalism..

We were completely satisfied with the service we received on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013. The reason why we called Percision is because your ad in the yellow pages said it is family owned, and I saw the BBB recommendation. Sorry I don't know the 2 fellow's names that were here, I am sure they introduced themselves, and also mentioned their name when calling us to tell us they were on their way. Sorry! They were young, dark hair, both very very nice! And helpful!!!

previous contact with parents door repair south tpa.I had also justhad lightning strike.so when I was able to talk with a live person on Saturday evening and was given any time on sunday ,it was great.my garage door had pulled supports from ceiling and garage tom was here by 830.he was finished before set time . he replaced everything except the actual door.he was so helpful and with tips while working.he was great .i would have tom back to do his magic with my door.i was great since as a nurse i was due on Monday to work late and is was great feeling knowing all was just right and safe.thank you again.i have already told 3 co workers of how great my experience was.working weekends as routine time for customers to call with time restraints or emergencies perfect .thankyou to tom for making a bad time for me much better with a great end experience

Matt came late on Labor Day and cheerfully and competently repaired springs, gear track and a plate. He showed me each part and explained why it was necessary and in one case, a preventive measure, to replace it. He pointed out that some storage shelves were too close to the garage door and items on them a potential cause of derailing the door. I appreciated his competence and his interest in explaining everything to me.

Came out on Sunday afternoon. Very nice repairman solved problem and reccomended other repairs to parts that were worn. Cost was well under what a new door installed would have cost. Very professional and trusted from the minute he set foot on property. Will use again if needed.
