Precision Garage Door is outstanding. Mike Boyle is extremely knowledable and not only replaced the garage door rollers (which is the service we originally intended), but also showed me that the spring tension was completely wrong and unsafe. We went ahead and got the springs replaced and properly tensioned and also had Mike replace the seal on the bottom of the door. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I encountered with Precision Garage Door. This company deserves yor business! You will not be disappointed. Garage door spring broke on saturday evening laborday weekend! got an appointment for sunday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00. Repairman Doug called about 8:15 said he would be here in about Twenty mins. Doug show up and inspected door and gave me the estimate said it would take about an hour to do. Door was fixed in about an hour at price Quoted and no mess in garage! Fine job.

I believe your TV advertising is excellent. Also, the fact that your phones are answered by a real person is such a 'plus'. I had to change my appointment, and there was so hesitation from the person whom I talked with--he was very accommodating. I needed some new nylon rollers and a new bottom seal, along with the 'routine' service. Matt was very personable, and explained everything needed, along with answering some questions about a new door opener, which we'll need in the future. I had to laugh when we were discussing the 'job to be done', he told me that I was the BOSS---I believe that may be the first time I was ever told that--I'm going to have to commit his name to memory ! I am pleased with the service, and will certainly call again when help is needed, and when we need that new door opener. Thank you.
