I believe your TV advertising is excellent. Also, the fact that your phones are answered by a real person is such a 'plus'. I had to change my appointment, and there was so hesitation from the person whom I talked with--he was very accommodating. I needed some new nylon rollers and a new bottom seal, along with the 'routine' service. Matt was very personable, and explained everything needed, along with answering some questions about a new door opener, which we'll need in the future. I had to laugh when we were discussing the 'job to be done', he told me that I was the BOSS---I believe that may be the first time I was ever told that--I'm going to have to commit his name to memory ! I am pleased with the service, and will certainly call again when help is needed, and when we need that new door opener. Thank you.

He did an excellent job in repairing my broken spring, roller bearings and Socket assembly. After the repair he tested all components and made some recommendation. Through Angie's list I used the garage door tune-up promotion. I was very pleased with the service. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and made me aware of further repairs that would be needed for optimal operation but was not pushy about it. Matt called before arrival, called upon arrival and was thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem with my door. Within an hour I was on my way. This is the 3rd time we have had garage door service from Precision. Our service technician James was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He presented options to me, and we agreed that replacing the belt AND the springs was the best option. The repairs were done in less than an hour, and everything is working fine! As well, when I originally called for service, the young lady I spoke with, can't remember her name, was able to walk me through disengaging the door lift mechanism so I could open the 2-car garage door manually and get my vehicle out!! Great service, I would definitely recommend Precision for anyone's garage door needs, as well as use them personally in the future!
