I originally intended to replace only the garage door motor and ended up replacing one spring with two,a center bearing, and nylon ballbearing rollers. Your technician craig earle educated me on how a garage door works, and the benefits of upgrading the hardware, all without sounding like a sales pitch. Craig was very neat,efficient and skilled. My door has never worked so smoothly, or quietly. My wife and i are 100% satisfied.
