Our technician was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. When discussing options for repair or replacement, he was not pushy or intimidating. His helpful suggestions were very much appreciated and we ended up taking his advice and replacing the garage door opener and installing a second spring. We will certainly call Precision in the future (hopefully it will be a long time from now!!).

Replaced new parts as indicated on invoice. Doug was very professional, friendly and hard working. After an estimate was given and accepted, Doug wasted no time in beginning work until completion. He also was very informative of any questions that I had during his installation of parts. He was meticulous in testing and evaluating the working of the garage door upon completion. A job well done. A valued employee.
