Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding. Eric and Ben were on time, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. After the repair of our torsion springs, we had them install a other new parts, and a set of nylon rollers. Our garage door is now better than it was originally. Before they left Eric and Ben gave us a brief tutorial on lubricating the moving parts of our door and opener. We couldn't be happier. We will be using Precision for any future door issues. We highly recommend them.

I found Precision on Angie's List. It was one of the top-rated garage door companies and had several glowing recent reviews from people in my area, so I called them. A service technician, Carlos (whose name isn't listed as a choice in the box below), called back the same afternoon and was here 15 minutes later. He was extremely personable and professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem that was causing my garage door to malfunction and also tweaked a couple of other things that the original building contractor skimped on. I had not expected such efficient same-day service when I originally called. I certainly will select Precision again if the need arises.
