Technician Ryan Goodman was on time and professional. Performed the bottom seal replacement and explained other wear items and options. Hi James arrived punctually. He is a friendly professional. Answered my questions. Turns out my garage door is hurricane proof, and everything else is origonal to the house. Rollers were extremely worn, and the springs had lost most of their tension. When James was finished with the repairs I was elated....The doors sound, look, and function like they were brand new...and a thorough post cleanup as well. Precision sets their service standards very high and it is greatly apprciated. I appreciate service like this.
