Because I incurred damage on my garage door last year during the hurricanes, I ask him about a new door. He was not at all pushy, but provided me with excellent information on obtaining a new door. Exceptional service…. All employees were courteous & professional. Chase & Izak. Installed new hurricane garage door. All services & door care were explained to me. Installation was made next morning after door was ordered. Issue with setting up to wi-fi, Jason came out and didn’t leave until completely resolved. Neighbors saw work being done, and I recommended their using Precision, as I was so pleased with their expertise. 5 Stars is not enough, they should have 10.

The install went smoothly and the installer was polite and professional. The door looks good and seems very sturdy and safe. just a tip for the sales person that comes for estimate; explain the different types of systems, slide bolt vs cable system. That would have helped if given a choice.
