Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up. He had the needed supplies and went to work. He programmed everything, went over the needed instructions, and cleaned up after himself. I give Chris and Precision a 10+. I used them before and that's why I used them again. Have not been disappointed.

I called on 11/20/2025 the representative on the phone was helpful and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. The technician arrived on time his name is Sammy Rafraf. Sammy was professional, polite and clearly explained 2 options to fix my door. Sammy who went above and beyond to help me get a affordable price. Excellent customer service all around.
