After discovering an incorrect phone number listed for Precision on Yelp, I decided to visit your facility. The building I entered just happened to be your main office. I met and informed a very appreciative Carlos of the phone number issue. I was then personally escorted to your Customer Service building, where I explained my need to repair or replace the garage door opener on a rental property. I believe it was Britney who provided a clear set of options and approximate costs. She then arranged for a visit by one of your technicians. Within hours, I was contacted and provided a description of the issue along with three quotes. Within an hour of my approval, I received pictures of the newly installed opener. The short time span from initial contact to job completion was quite impressive. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

Today I contacted Precision to repair my garage door since the right side spring broke. The lady on the phone immediately answer all my question and schedule my repair. My service expert Michel Beckum called me in advance to let me know that he could repair my door even earlier and I agreed. Michel showed up at my door as a total profesional answer all questions and repaired my door in what a considered record time. The process was smooth and I definitely recommend the company. I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.
