I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service! We have used them multiple times. We needed a new motor one time and springs replaced another time. The technician, Chris McVeigh, was outstanding! He was at the house within a couple hours. He was super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every detail was explained to us from parts to pricing! We are very happy with the service! If you need garage door service, you can’t go wrong with Precision!!

Zach the installer of the new door opener was awesome. The price was just quite higher than we pay back in Illinois.

Sean was very professional, and personable. He explained our options very clearly, and was thorough and efficient in the repair to our door. And the fact that we had the service done the same day was a bonus. Many thanks.

I give Precision Garage Doors a 5 star review after confusion with the pricing of repairing my garage door with the installer. Stephan in Management listened to my concerns, questions and my frustration. I appreciate a company that stands behind their reputation and the customers they service.

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door, thanks to their representative Sammy. He installed two garage door openers for me and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Sammy was right on time, extremely clean and organized, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable with how everything worked before he left. It’s rare to find someone so professional, helpful, and respectful of your home. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sammy for any garage door needs!

My two-car garage door had a spring break late at night, and so, seeing a location for this business on Lakeland Highlands Blvd, in Lakeland, for years, I decided to look them up. I saw multiple locations throughout Polk county, and not being sure which location to call, I went ahead and signed up for service online, which was incredibly easy. I was able to secure an appointment the next afternoon from 12-4pm, completely online. 20 minutes prior to 12, Chris McVeigh contacted me via text, saying he was on his way. He was very polite, and communicative, which is great because some tradesmen see our gated community and give up at the gate. He arrived at 12, at the beginning of the appointment window, and went straight to looking at our door. He recommended some other parts be replaced that were problematic and may have contributed to the spring breaking, showing me photos of some drums and brackets that I could not see, and giving me a prioritized list of the work that he recommended. All of the parts that he used were of superior quality compared to what was on my door at the time. After completing his work, I had him take a look at my other single bay door, and he continued to make some recommendations for that door, even after cleaning up, and did some work on that door. The whole time he was extra courteous, and even went above and beyond to make sure that my garage and driveway was clear of debris. With all parts containing a 7 year warranty, and people like Chris working for Precision, I unabashedly would recommend Precision to anyone needing work on their garage across Tampa Bay/Central Florida.

Broke a spring and within 3 hours on Sunday evening, Chris McVeigh was there and took care of it so I could get my car out Monday morning for work. He remembered having fixed our other door several years ago, and it is still functioning great.

Very satisfied with Precision garage door installation several months ago and recent response to damage to one of the doors caused by my car. The technicians at installation and subsequent repair were professional and courteous. I recommend this company without reservation. They live up to their excellent on line reviews I read before choosing them to replace my flood damaged garage doors.

PERCISION REPLACED MY GARAGE OPENING SYSTEM. JOSH WAS OUTSTANDING. I HAVE USED PERCISION FOR YEARS AND ALWAY FOUND THEM TO BE OUTSTANDING.

Very bad experience. After the installation of an expensive garage door, my door stopped working properly only three days later. I was told that my motor (which was almost new) wasn't powerful enough, and they tried to sell me a new motor. Another technician simply made an adjustment, which proves that the problem stemmed from their installation. Lack of professionalism and disappointing business practices.

Technician Cameron was excellent. Thorough, knowledgeable, and shared with me what I can do to prevent future visits. Job well done

Had broken garage door that trapped my car. Bob and Austin showed me problems with my 26 yr old garage door system and told me I could what ever I wanted from repair all the way to new system. I chose a new system and they did a wonderful job at a great price!

Chris McVeigh was polite and professional. Did an amazing job repairing our garage door and worked late in doing so. I was most impressed with his positive attitude and demeanor. He is an asset to the company.
