I had the pleasure of meeting Luke. . He is professional,explanatory,kind,patient, I could go on. My experience with Luke was exceptional. He did an impeccable job. He restored life into a door I thought had otherwise seen its last days and I attest it’s better now then the 11 years I’ve lived here leading up to the repairs Luke performed. . A gesture made by Luke that I feel is very important to summarize his person.:: Amazon came while Luke was going to his truck for materials towards the end of the job,at which point I’m sure he was exasperated from working in a hot garage. . The Amazon delivery man was walking with 4 large boxes stacked taller than he could see. Luke seen this and stopped what he was doing to take off the top 2 and walk them inside with me and I was 100% comfortable with him doing so, I felt as though my friend was giving me a hand. . Great guy,incredible work. 8 thumbs up from myself and my children But especially me, knowing I can rest easy With confidence that my garage door is securely in place and my home is safe once again. . On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!
