Overall experience was excellent! My technician was Zach, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a personality that was warm and friendly. He was the same technician that I had last year and when I saw him, I immediately recognized him and felt reassured and confident that he would immediately identify the issues & resolve them.

I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!

I've used Precision several times in the past from replacing everything to just reprogramming remotes. They are fantastic and I will always use them before anyone else. My latest project was replacing a single car garage door that was installed in the 80's. It was wood and had no motor or tracks on the ceiling for the door to actually open. Vlad was my tech. He was very accomodating, professional, and did a fantastic job.

My technician Phillip Hunter was amazing!!! I needed a broken spring replaced and he recognized that I was a veteran and replaced both springs for a substantial discount.
