Our Garage door spring broke with our car in the garage. We called Percision and they had a Tech out to the house in about 2 hours. The Tech was very professional and courteous and had the door repaired in about an hour. Thanks so much !!

We wanted to share our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The first time we called a few months ago our garage door was hanging from the rollers on one side , but not on the other. When i called our usual garage door company, and they could not get us someone that evening. I called Precision for the first time and they had someone out within an hour! We were so relieved.We were so worried about the garage door falling off! The technician that came out was Jesus Dimasse. He was wonderful, i don't know how he did it , but he got that door back on the track, repaired rollers, did what he needed to get us back to safety with a working garage door! We were so appreciative. In the last week or so, we started to hear an extremely loud noise rattling in the garage door opener itself, we called Pricision and Jesus Dimasse was dispatched to our house again. He quickly figured out what the problem was and repaired it! He is an excellent technician, efficient, and friendly. Precision has new customers in us!

Earlier today, the wall console for our Linear garage door opener started malfunctioning. I called Precision Garage Door, and they sent a technician within one hour. The Technician was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the console unit, inspected and service the garage door in a very timely manner.
