On Christmas Day, my garage door opener cable broke. The next day December 26th, called Precision Garage Doors and was shocked to learn I could get a service appointment within 4 hours on the same day. Within two hours the service technician (Dylan) arrived and diagnosed my problem. Within 45 minutes a new belt drive was installed and my garage door opener was working as good as new! Dylan was very professional and did a great job!! Should my needs arise again, I would certainly not hesitate to use Precision Garage Doors in the future.

From calling the office and having Michael come in and repair my garage, not even 2 hours passed. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made every effort to make our experience the best. He also provided cost options explaining the differences and benefits aligned to our door usage and warranties. Will definitely use this company in a future need and will recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for the immediate service support in a difficult week like this one, near christmas. Appreciate the quality of the work and promptness to help as well. Thanks again!
