Exceptional service…. All employees were courteous & professional. Chase & Izak. Installed new hurricane garage door. All services & door care were explained to me. Installation was made next morning after door was ordered. Issue with setting up to wi-fi, Jason came out and didn’t leave until completely resolved. Neighbors saw work being done, and I recommended their using Precision, as I was so pleased with their expertise. 5 Stars is not enough, they should have 10.

The install went smoothly and the installer was polite and professional. The door looks good and seems very sturdy and safe. just a tip for the sales person that comes for estimate; explain the different types of systems, slide bolt vs cable system. That would have helped if given a choice.

I agree with the overwhelmingly positive reviews here from how professionally the call was handled. To the professionalism of the Technician, thorough and explaining my options excellent work above and beyond 7 year warranty. Not only were the on time, but the Technician John, was phenomenal. Had the courtesy to call in advance and ask if he could come early.. i’m sure precision isn’t the cheapest for good reason. If you’re fixing your springs comparing apples to apples, make sure any other lower quotes you got include both springs.

I called Precision because of reviews I read and the BBB rating. I had a scheduled window this afternoon but because of a cancellation, they called to see if they could come earlier. Jackson was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He diagnosed our issues for 3 garage door openers ( that were 22 years old) and gave us several options and pricing. He was able to make the repairs today and then gave us a tutorial on how our new system works. I was tired of hitting the wall switch, then running under the closing door while high stepping over the sensors. I am very pleased, and would recommend this company highly.

I purchased 3 garage doors for our new garage. Corbin installed them and said the double door has a dent on the left side bottom panel. He assured me they would replace it. When I called to follow up a few weeks later, I was put on the schedule immediately. The tech called the day of the replacement and said he was on the way to replace the top panel. I told him I understood it was the bottom panel, he confirmed Corbin's notes were the top panel. I thought, "ok" as I had not closely inspected the panels as they're in the up position when I'm driving in or out. After the install I did notice the bottom panel was dented. I called the office and they checked their notes and said they were supposed to replace a "dented top panel". The top panel is glass!!! They sent Nick out to inspect and I have not heard back even after leaving a message. It has now been several weeks and I spent over $20k. Not to mention the garage doors sound awful when they open and close, and the openers they put on the wall are not aligned. Sloppy, expensive, and non-responsive. Do not use this company.

The technician was great. On time and got the job done quickly. My reason for 3 stars vs 5 is the price was very high to replace the opener. 1/4 horse, nothing special unit was $1100. I realize it costs money to run a business but this was out of line.
