Nick came on a Sunday and replaced mu torsion springs, one was broken, and I have to say, he did a great job. The door has never operated so smooth and quiet, I guess after 17 years the springs do weaken and break. Good company to do business with.

Old Precision PDS 4700 Merantec opener suddenly would not close unless the wired wall control was held until the door closed. Serviceman Michael Freeman came and after assessing the problem called the office. They told him to replace the opener with a Genie opener. Michael was very competent and friendly. He replaced the opener and safety sensors and wiring. The new opener works well. The office told Michael to treat this as a warranty repair and did not charge me anything. I could not be happier with this service. Thank you very much.

Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.)
