Keith also quoted us a price we could not refuse on a new door we sorely needed and presented it in a relaxed and professional manner that was in no way pushy. Overall, it was an awesome experience. I originally intended to replace only the garage door motor and ended up replacing one spring with two,a center bearing, and nylon ballbearing rollers. Your technician craig earle educated me on how a garage door works, and the benefits of upgrading the hardware, all without sounding like a sales pitch. Craig was very neat,efficient and skilled. My door has never worked so smoothly, or quietly. My wife and i are 100% satisfied.

When I tried to put in the service techs name your form would not accept it. His name was Jason Scott and he was both professional and friendly. I would like to add (having retired in the customer service field) that it is very refreshing to have the president of a company take an interest in the daily goings on in his company. Had there been any problems, this would be the perfect tool for service recovery.
