The Tech was excellent, very courtious, very knowlegeable, and worked at a good speed to fix the Overhead door spring problems. He pointed out some door problems that probably occurred at installation. I don't remember his name.

Precision Garage Door is outstanding. Mike Boyle is extremely knowledable and not only replaced the garage door rollers (which is the service we originally intended), but also showed me that the spring tension was completely wrong and unsafe. We went ahead and got the springs replaced and properly tensioned and also had Mike replace the seal on the bottom of the door. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that I encountered with Precision Garage Door. This company deserves yor business! You will not be disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Precision Garage Door for a job well done!

Garage door spring broke on saturday evening laborday weekend! got an appointment for sunday morning between 8:00 am and 10:00. Repairman Doug called about 8:15 said he would be here in about Twenty mins. Doug show up and inspected door and gave me the estimate said it would take about an hour to do. Door was fixed in about an hour at price Quoted and no mess in garage! Fine job.
