Due to age and some problems with my garage door I decided it was time to get a new one. I have had work done by your company in the past and I have to admit your salesman (Greg) was one of the most helpful and professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing. I will have to wait a few weeks for my new door and your tech (sorry I forgot is name) was extremely attentive to details and professional as well. Aside from sticker shock (partially offset by N/C for safety cables) everything was first class, including luck of getting an appointment less than 2 hrs from initial call. Matt clearly likes working for PDS (Jim). I was pleased with how he upgraded the system as he went along.

The service technician, James Rodey, was punctual. We had a special coupon through Angie's List, which is why we called Precision. We recently moved into this house and the garage door worked, but made a very loud noise and we knew it needed service of some kind. James did a 25 point safety checklist.The springs were old and rusted, the rollers needed to be replaced along with some other problems.He was thorough and explained things clearly. I was impressed with the confirmation email I received which listed all the service techs with their pictures and a page on who they were and their background. My husband and I were both impressed with that, we've never seen that before. We would definitely call Precision again in the future if we have a problem with the garage door.

I contacted your company on a Saturday evening (033013) because I had a broken spring. I originally talked to Tina via the chat (I was surprised that I received a response actually.) She was able to give me an accurate quote for the service in question. In less than an hour, I had a technician (James R,) at my house starting his repairs. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with his work... so comfortable he upsold some additional services. Instead of replacing two springs, we added a pair of bearings, a trolley, and rollers. I had to admit to him that I am a DIY guy, and this was my very first time placing a service call for something I felt I could fix (I never call unless I have a warrantied service). All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with Jame's service, our conversation, and his professionalism. I felt like I made a great choice by contacting precision that evening. I received outstanding service by an outstanding technician. I am more than happy to refer you guys every time. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your technicians - I hope it keeps this caliber of tech gainfully employed and that it remains the standard of your company.
