When the garage door springs broke, our cars were trapped in the garage and we could not leave. Precision sent a repairman within 20 minutes of my call for help. Chad, the repairman, was very professional, competent and pleasant. He assessed the problems with our door which went beyond just the springs, gave us a price for the repairs up front before beginning any work and then fixed the problems in a very quick, expert manner. We highly recommend Precision and would definitely call them back in the future.

Our keyless entry into our garage stopped working again this morning. Precision sent Chris McVeigh out to my home this afternoon... what a joy he was to work with! Chris gave me a quote ... I told him "let's do it"! He had such a pleasant attitude and went over board on fixing my problem by installing a new entry pad and oiling the springs! I would recommend him to anyone! Precision is lucky to have him; thank you again Chris, for your professionalism and efficiency in helping us out! He even programmed a car that we were having trouble with...and he blew out the garage!! Wow!!

Andrew was on time with our appointment. He was very professional and personable. He explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. No service was performed today, but the estimate provided generated a signed agreement to install a garage door, garage door opener, outside keypad and 2 remote garage door openers.

Luca was on time, communicated the issues needed to be resolved clearly and efficiently completed the job. Prior to carrying out the work, he clearly defined what parts and costs associated as well as some of the options we had. We are very satisfied with the interaction from beginning to end including the ease of making an appointment online and how quickly they were able to come tot he house (next day). All very easy and professional. Highly recommend Luca and Precision.

The young man that came to my "rescue" was very knowledgeable and found the problem with my door right away. He was very courteous, kind, and helpful. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. The scheduled date fits my timeline perfectly.

This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I had the same experience again ,polite people on the phone, appointment made for as early as possible due to circumstances . Service representative arrived next day on time and again friendly and respectful explained problem to me in detail, gave estimate and deal was closed. Within an hour and a half problem solved corrected and finished. No stress to me and knowing job would be done correctly. I will always call this company and recommend to others. Thank you Precision for making life easier and less stressful when unexpected problems occur.

Precision installed my garage door years ago and have repaired and upgraded it as needed. Today they responded right away (same day) when the door did not go up and down as it should. Technician Chris diagnosed the problem, made suggestions for repair and upgrades to prevent future problems. Much appreciated. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

What a great response time to have our garage door serviced. They would have serviced the door on the same day. Our service tech, John Duff explained what our options were and gave us a detailed estimate. All the equipment was installed perfectly and he provided clear instructions for the opener, battery backup, keypad, etc. Excellent install! Thank you!

Christopher Enlow was Great !!! Chris helped me diagnose the issue I had hearing a "cluncking" sound after lots of usage with my door opener. Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. Not only that, Chris did a follow-up making sure I did not have any other issues. I feel very comfortable calling Precision Garage Doors and have recommended them to my family, friends and clients! Thank you Chris !!

Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will only call them if I need any repairs with my garage doors.

I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!

Making the appointment via phone was easy, quick and staff was extremely friendly and professional. The Technician, Chad, texted his ETA, arrived on-time, was knowledgeable, professional and explained all findings and recommendations in detail and did not pressure me into purchasing any product I didn’t want. Installed my garage door opener quickly and communicated with me often. He reviewed everything once completed (operation, invoice, warranty, etc ). Excellent experience.
