Excellent service, great install crew and a timely install. The hardware and door panels are excellent quality. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. We had a 42 year old door removed, all new hardware installed, new door and opener. The Inspector signed off the next morning and we're ready to get our hurricane protection insurance discount!

Had seen Precision service trucks many times at our condominium complex so I assumed it was the company of choice for many off my neighbors. So when one of the springs in our garage door broke I called Precision immediately and scheduled an appointed for the next day. The technician, Christian, arrived on schedule, diagnosed the situation, provided estimates of options and went to work immediately. He completed the necessary repairs expeditiously, within an hour. I applaud and deeply extend a thank you thank the customer service oriented 2 men who visited my home and provided me with just what I needed for my garage door. When my father bought the home initially he had Precision come out to service 3 years ago. Boooooi when the gentleman serviced my door it had proper pole, chain, gears, shifts, all necessary to make my door sound and work as if it were brand new. My door sounds and performs with excellence. Glad I chose Precision.

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied - she recommended Precision to us. We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now.
