Precision's designer Melanie and installer Sherman were both great! Both were on time and informative - Melanie spent time discussing options and going through technical specs. I have relied upon Precision for my garage door service since I moved to Florida 10 years ago and the door needed parts and a tune up. I eventually purchased a new door from Precision, And today I called Precision to replace the rubber weather strip at the bottom of that door. A critter of some kind (a rat?) apparently got inside my garage and wanted to get out. The rat chewed its way out, destroying about a foot long portion of the rubber strip. I called Precision at about 2 pm and the technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the rubber strip, and at my request, kindly showed me how to grease the garage hinges. 5 stars!!!

I think Precision is a great company. I have had nothing but very good experiences with all employees that I have dealt with. From Andrew that came to give an estimate for a new door, the ladies I have spoken to on the phone to schedule appointments, the two people that installed the new door and today the pleasure of James and Jordan that came to install the door opener. My introduction to Precision was unusual. I found your business as most people would, searching for garage door companies online. After discovering an incorrect phone number listed for Precision on Yelp, I decided to visit your facility. The building I entered just happened to be your main office. I met and informed a very appreciative Carlos of the phone number issue. I was then personally escorted to your Customer Service building, where I explained my need to repair or replace the garage door opener on a rental property. I believe it was Britney who provided a clear set of options and approximate costs. She then arranged for a visit by one of your technicians. Within hours, I was contacted and provided a description of the issue along with three quotes. Within an hour of my approval, I received pictures of the newly installed opener. The short time span from initial contact to job completion was quite impressive. With every interaction with Precision, I met professional and knowledgeable people with the obvious goal of providing quality service. As a result, I would definitely recommend Precision.

I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.
