Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!! What a lovely 62nd Birthday I have had! (I turned 62 on July 10th) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! God Bless you, your family and ALL your employees, a special thanks to Rebecca, too!!! Nina Christianson

Service rep Issac came immediately after my call, and took great care to explain what had occurred and solved the problem with my garage door! He gave me hints and took me step by step in knowledge of the openers workings! Something that no one had done before! Excellent employee and very knowledgeable! He is to be commended on his care and knowledge!

I worked with Luke Rose today to install a new motor for a garage door. Starting from the very beginning he called to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time set. He explained what needed to be done, what options I had, and the costs involved. There was no high pressure selling involved or "up selling" The work he did was way above par. His work and knowledge were 100% spot on. Finishing up he tested every component of the new system. He is now my go to guy !

We called about broken springs and possibly a new garage door at 10 am and Joshua was able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the springs in a heart beat and we got a great price too. When asking him about the door he said it could last a bit longer, no need to exchange it now. We really appreciate his honesty and for giving us a price that we will have to face and can save up for for now.

John and Chris were totally awesome ! Complete professionals, hard working and they explained everything up front and answered all my questions. They moved numerous items in the garage to be able to work and THEN PUT EVERYTHING BACK exactly were it was! Honestly, you are not the cheapest out there, but the few extra dollars are totally worth it to have piece of mind. Thanks

This company is a great company to do business with. They showed up on time and when they were asked to be flexible because of an emergency they had no problem doing it. The installer was efficient and took extra time to explain things to us. The price was fair too. We highly recommend this company
