We Would highly recommend this company for any issue involving a garage door* The representative -Keith Allen came out and guided us through what he felt was needed making sure our garage door would work properly in the future-*our door is 10 years old and Although working had not been maintained. We felt it needed to be professionally inspected in order to be ready for the hurricane season*Keith was honest -knowledgeable and forthright with his expert opinion -not pushy in the least* he got the job done replacing A few things that indeed needed to occur and our door now is working 100%+It's quieter too *We are set for hurricane season* thank you Keith for your professionalism and detail to quality.

I can't believe that the price of garage door openers have gone up as much as they have from December of 2020 to May of 2021. You replaced an opener on my other property in December and when my opener on my house went bad I called your company fully intending to replace this opener. Your Tech Luke came out and gave me options for replacing the opener and thankfully I was sitting down when he gave me the price. I then had him replace the belt and put a new rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Since then I've found another company that would have replaced the opener at a price that was much cheaper than what Precision was going to charge me. Sorry, it looks like you've lost a customer due to over priced service and products.

About2002 I installed Miami-Dade grade windows and doors in my house. I was of course particularly concerned about the garage door inasmuch as that is the largest opening to the house. Precision Door sold and installed an extremely effective door. In 2021 a spring on the door broke. I ended up having the springs, rollers, bearings, and the door opener replaced. It was expensive but the door now works better than it did when first installed. I rusted your technician's analysis and proposed solutions, never feeling that I was being taken advantage of. The refurbisshed syste comes with a 7 year warrenty. I only had 2 or 3 service calls in the original system between 2007 and 2021 so I'm pretty sure the refurbished system will last far more longer than 7 years.

We special ordered a door (color) so it took about 2 months to get the door but when it got to Precision they had installed almost immediately. All new hardware, springs, tracks, etc. Installers were professional, on time, and did the job right. I never knew a garage door was supposed to be quiet! Precision Garage Door IS as good as they advertise! Thank you!!

I seldom write reviews but felt the service was worth a comment. I had a spring fail and could not remove autos from garage (oversized and very heavy commercial door). I called and received next day appointment. The crew (Jesse at al) was knowledgeable, informative, courteous and professional. Most importantly, they were all very personable and pleasant. I ended up upgrading multiple aspects of the door including springs, installing new jack-shaft motor and raising the rails to afford increased overheard space. Work was completed next day - perfect operation and clean work space. The summation comment from my teenagers who were home during the work - "nicest workers ever been to our house." Excellent process, excellent people. Can't say more apart from thank you.

We contracted with Precision Garage Doors for a total garage door replacement including, new tracks and a new Genie opener. Rebecca was our Sales rep and she was very helpful and experienced. She was prompt, had many garage door samples when she came to our house, took the time to answer all of our questions and she explained the entire process perfectly. She made it easy to choose the new garage door. (You can tell that she loves her job because her enthusiasm really showed!) I would HIGHLY recommend Rebecca as your Sales rep based upon our experience. After our appointment, Rebecca sent us our quote and the pricing was better than their closest competitor and the amount of time that it would take to get the install scheduled was also better than their closest competitor. The scheduling people were very courteous from the initial call in order to get everything scheduled and they even conducted a follow up call one day ahead of installation in order to confirm and answer any potential questions. When it came time for our new garage door, tracks and opener to be installed, Tyler did a FANTASTIC job at installing everything. He was also very experienced and answered all of our questions. After installation he demonstrated the keypad features, provided the programming instructions, demonstrated the handheld door openers and advised as to how to maintain the doors so that they stay in great shape for years to come. We were extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish specifically our experience with Rebecca and Tyler! We are very glad to have contracted with Precision Garage Doors. We HIGHLY recommend them and our garage door looks AMAZING!

Had previous service so when a major repair needed, called Precision immediately. There were able to have a technician come out later in the day. Shortly after that call, Sophie called that a cancellation had happen and a Tech would come out between 8-10. James Mants called and said he was on the way in 10. He arrived. Reviewed the problem. Stated it could be repaired in 2 hours or so. I inquired re: new door..He immediately reviewed to find the status on when one could be available for installing. Could be installed in 2 more days. Chose to do the major repairs and James began and completed the work with no issues. Very pleasant. Worked steadily; reviewed door with me and finished the job after thorough cleanup. Very very happy with Precision once again..

We paid a handsome price for the doors and openers, but we did buy their top of their line items. You know, you get what you pay for. The quality of service, craftsmanship and product was impeccable, second to none. The sales person, staff and crew were very professional and easy to contact. Today after one month one of my door openers would not function properly. I called them back and someone came right out. The resolution was short and simple (and cost me nothing). I will recommend this company for whatever your garage door needs seem to be.

Noah was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He worked quickly and was very respectful. From start to finish it took less than 24 hours from scheduling an appointment to having the door back in full working order. There was an issue with a fraying cable and a tension spring that needed to be replaced. Also, opted to have the wheels swapped out for new nylon ones which extended the Warranty on the work 2 additional years. Having the door fully serviced was 1/4 of the price of getting a new door.
