I applaud and deeply extend a thank you thank the customer service oriented 2 men who visited my home and provided me with just what I needed for my garage door. When my father bought the home initially he had Precision come out to service 3 years ago. Boooooi when the gentleman serviced my door it had proper pole, chain, gears, shifts, all necessary to make my door sound and work as if it were brand new. My door sounds and performs with excellence. Glad I chose Precision.

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied - she recommended Precision to us. Precision & Arnold get 5 stars. (Did more service than shows on service performed & purchase of new product.)

I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!! My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies. Excellent Service and I anticipate an excellent product as well (just installed yesterday).

Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. I picked Precision just like I pick any other service, that is, by word of mouth. I have received service from Precision on two occasions. The first was when a spring broke in 2019. I could not believe that a WONDERFUL technician named of Christian installed a new motor, springs, rollers, track, remotes, etc. on the 4th of July holiday! The next problem occurred on 23-Nov-2021 when my garage door would not go down due to a sensor problem. Within three hours of my telephone call to you, another WONDERFUL technician named Jesse Burns had remedied the problem! I would never consider any company other than Precision for any type of garage door repair !!

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous.
