Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.

I am very impressed with the technician, Jose Rosario. He arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He installed a new garage door motor with all the parts that go with it. He also programmed both of my vehicles to the opener. He was very knowlegeable and efficient and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! The tech, Matt, as great. Turns out I have electrical issues in the garage that need to be addressed before he can complete the repair and as soon as I get that problem fixed, I’ll schedule his return. I was not impressed with the appointment schedulers.

We knew it was only time before the second garage door needed repair. Bryan fixed the first one and did a great job, so we requested Bryan to fix the second garage door. Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. Problem was nothing to do with the new opener, the cold weather had knocked out the alignment of the light beam.The tech made a slight adjustment, explained what I should look for we double checked the system,everything performed correctly. What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. John Pappas came out, replaced the springs with heavy duty springs, bearings, and nylon rollers. John did a great quality job! The garage door is so quiet now! Thank You for quick quality service.

Very speedy arrival, competent, professional technician. He explained options for repair (broken tension spring & bearings) and exact costs. Repair we completed in 45 minutes or less, as promised. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

Today - the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener... and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake ... I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.
