Superior work and quality. Bryan and Stacey were prompt, courteous and experienced. Full explanation followed they install including programing of a control on one of our vehicles that we did not no existed. Highly recommended. Everything except the rails and door were replaced on our 16 year old system.

Kevin Cutolo was the representative and he did an excellent job of repairing the door. He was very knowledgeable and polite listed all the cost associated with the door. The cost I do believe was rather high at $ 880.00 for springs bearings and rollers

Jose Rosario was the technician that came to the house to review options on motors. He was very clear on what the options were, gave us some topics on how to maintain the garage door, provided additional service without being pushy, and did a great job. He helped to get the garage door opener synched up with my car remote control. Jose was very professional, friendly and helpful. After his work, my husband commented ‘the new garage door motor is so sweet - what an improvement!’ I would highly recommend Precision and Jose to anyone!

Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.

I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company - it is rare to find a well managed, customer focused company like Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!
