Cable on one side of garage door broke causing door to drop on one side and jam. Service man responded within about an hour on a weekend day. He was friendly and courteous and completed his repairs in about 1-1/2 hours. He replaced the cables and reset the door and it is working well. I am happy with his work and how quickly he responded but I feel that $512.00 was extremely high. I will not use Precision again.

The closing on the sale of my house was one day away, and the new keypad on the garage door that was installed the day before would not work.(not installed by Precision). I made a frantic call on a Wednesday evening and Thursday at noon they were here fixing the problem. The walk thru with the buyers went well and the closing took place. THANK YOU.
