Keith provided excellent service for my garage door repair! He immediately assessed the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and tested the functioning of all the garage door parts. He discussed his recommendations in a professional and knowledgeable manner, showed me the areas of concern, and presented several options for repair. His repair addressed several areas of my garage door's operation, and the improvement is very noticeable in a smoother and more stable motion. Upon finishing, he also reminded me that Precision is available 24/7 all year long for any possible problems or emergencies that should arise. I would not hesitate to recommend - 5 stars!!

The technician Mike was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. He also tried to help me program my garage door remote which I was having problems with. I have used Precision Garage Door before and that is why I called them again for this repair.

I have always worked with Precision so when I was having trouble with my door not staying closed, I called them. They came the same day, gave me the option of replacing my opener or repairing the old one. The installation of the new unit and several other replacements only took less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always give excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

What a pleasure dealing with the Precision team. Michele and her helper on the day of my estimate was so fun. I felt like I knew them both for a long time. We were scheduled right away. They showed on time and also called to let us know they where on there way. The install team was a pleasure to talk to and the end result was 110%. If you are looking for a garage door don’t hesitate to call Precision! You won’t regret it!

Precision originally was called to replace a spring. Matt did a great job. However, he noticed the end plate bearings needed to be replaced. The door was already apart and the end plate bearings took only 5 minutes to replace. They charged $180 to replace the end plate bearings, in addition to the labor for the springs. The end plate bearings only cost about $15/pair retail.
