I have always worked with Precision so when I was having trouble with my door not staying closed, I called them. They came the same day, gave me the option of replacing my opener or repairing the old one. The installation of the new unit and several other replacements only took less than 2 hours. Precision originally was called to replace a spring. Matt did a great job. However, he noticed the end plate bearings needed to be replaced. The door was already apart and the end plate bearings took only 5 minutes to replace. They charged $180 to replace the end plate bearings, in addition to the labor for the springs. The end plate bearings only cost about $15/pair retail.
