Michael Wallace provided me with my requested courtesy call and was very prompt with his arrival time. He was very professional and explained everything he saw to me during his inspection of my garage door. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. While I passed for now on fixing the issues I have, I was very pleased with the service provided between Michael Wallace and when I called to make an appointment. It is very convenient that Precision has hours after 5 pm.

Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way. He did a great job with the repair we needed and when he was done he cleaned up everything. He left us with a whisper quiet door opener and a smile. Our Technician Craig Earle was On-Time and reviewed our problems with our existing Genie garage and within minutes he had a solution. He reviewed the problems with me and made recomendations to repair the problem. There was no attempt in up-selling an entire new system, rather a few simple repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Craig was very knowledgeable in our system and even pointed out how to properly maintain it. I did ask for future reference how much a new opener with a belt drive would be to purchase and install. The price provided was extremely affordable and certainly not worth installing myself from a home improvement store! Great job and I highly recommend your business.

my mother recommended them to me she used them for a repair and was extremely satisfied. I was originally booked for 4-8 at about 2 pm and within 30 minutes the came. took him less then 5 min diagnose the problem and less than that to fix it. for that reason I will call them whenever I have a problem with my garage door. the tech was very professional. Cory was his name. I would recommend this company to anyone.
