Matt called ahead, arrived when promised and did an assessment of our 19 year old garage door. Based on his assessment we had all rollers and 2 bearings replaced. The door operates quietly and the work was completed as described. That is what I expected and that's what I received. Outstanding.

I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.

Current Genie Door was 29 plus years old and worked well but some noisy. Tried to fix it but made the decision that it was time for a new unit. Installed and gone in a little over an hour. Service was great and work was done efficiently and timely.

The Haas garage door and the Linear belt drive open look and work great. The installation was fast and, in the end, everything is as expected. The people were good, handling my questions and concerns. I did have to manage the install somewhat, but in the end it all came out great.

Ever since the main springs were replaced the door has been "stiff" on its left side, but after I painted the door it got worse. Your man came out awhile back and told me to lube the flaps that seal the door shut and that helped, but not enough apparently. Bryan replaced the broken cable and installed new winding rollers and cables, then lubed all the closure flaps, door joints, and roller wheels. He showed me how to do that. I have begun scraping the dried paint from the flaps on the sides and top of the door and respraying them. I will get most of the paint off the flaps and keep them lubed; I also will pay attention to the roller joints in the doors and wheels as well. If I need additional service, I will request Bryan again, he is a good maintenance instructor. Tell him thanks for me for getting our garage FOC again. Jay

Two days before Christmas my garage door would not open, I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and they were able to make an appointment the same day. I was extremely happy with the same day appointment for no-one wants to go into the holidays with a broken garage door. My technician, Keith Anderson contacted me to let me know he was on the way. As soon as Keith arrived he introduced himself and asked numerous questions to determine the nature of the problem. Once the issue(my springs were bad) was determined he was able to provide me with solutions which came in a couple of options. Keith quickly went to work and was able to complete the job in a little over an hour. Keith also made recommendations for my garage door which is something that will need to be completed in the future. Keith was professional, courteous and answered any questions that I had about my garage door. Keith had tweeked his back earlier in the day but he still remained friendly and professional. I hope the recommendation I made for him about a heat patch worked and he was able to have a Merry Christmas without back pain. I definitely would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and if you're lucky enough to get Keith Anderson as your service tech, it's an added bonus. Thank You !
