Precision sent out two service men to look at my problem: Brent & John. My problem was the door was opening on its own. They inspected the unit and did not find any problems with the circuit board. So they reset the unit and my openers. They were very professional and very nice. Before they left, they inspected my door, tracks and rollers. My door was in good shape, but one track was out of alignment. And the rollers (original wheel on a metal axel, no ball bearings) were starting to wear. The door was quite noisy and did shake. They did a tuneup on the door and replaced the rollers. I cannot believe how quiet and smooth the whole process is now. Plus, Brent and John were quick and efficient in their work. Precision Door Service has a great crew!

My garage door opener failed, so I called Precision. Within 24 hours they had come out and replaced my old opener with a new, smoother, quieter opener that was superior to my original unit. Their technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and lead technician Keith Allen did a super job. They did a complete assessment of my existing door & hardware, and reviewed the use an operation of the new unit with me. My overall experience with Precision was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

We used a neighbor's experience with Precision when we needed to call for our repair of the touch pad. Mathew Leto came out on time and examined the whole garage door system and found many items that needed repair. We were unaware of all these problems as we have never had the door examined in 10 plus years. He scheduled another appointment time(our schedule) to come and fix everything. Techs were very knowledgable, gave a number of options for repairs, had all necessary parts on truck to fix garage door and did so in a timely manner. A month later, the sensor wire got caught and the door became inoperable - Precision sent a tech out who rewired the door at no charge. Thank you!
