My garage door opener quit working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they said they could be out that afternoon to look at it. Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know. Thanks for being great to work with!!

We were very happy with the services we received. Our technician didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need, but let us know what was causing our immediate issue, as well as some things that should be replaced in the future as they were showing wear (20 year old opener). We were able to make decisions that were right for us, and are very happy with the repair as well as the installation of a new keypad.

Heavy garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Door very heavy and car stuck inside. Called Precision and within an hour and half a technician was at residence making a repair. Provided estimate on different repair methods and performed thorough inspection of existing system. Technician very knowledgeable and completed all requested repairs in a quick manner. Very pleased with service.

Excellent service. I have been extremely happy with Precision ever since I found them on Angie's List. Their service is absolutely amazing, and all of the techs I have delt with have taken he time to explain everything to me, and in a manner I am able to understand. Each time I have called them out ey have always turned up on time. They even call and tell me they are on their way and when to expect them. They alway leave everything tidy and always do a full inspection on the equipment before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They stand by their work and guarantee it.

Saw an ad in the newspaper and when John came he showed me the label on the garage door from your company so you had been to my house before. That must have been before we lived here. He did a great job and was very efficient and careful. Really appreciate your workers and their professionalism to the job. He replaced the opener the first day and the springs and cables the day after. Very good job.

Precision was chosen to replace my old garage bay doors at our work storage garages. They did such an excellent job it was easy for me to choose no other company when my springs broke on my garage door at home. Jose Rosario came out to my house exactly when the company said someone would be out. He did an excellent job and went beyond when he instructed me on how to better care for the opener and all the rollers. Great job and I will continue to use their products and services into the future.
