We used a neighbor's experience with Precision when we needed to call for our repair of the touch pad. Mathew Leto came out on time and examined the whole garage door system and found many items that needed repair. We were unaware of all these problems as we have never had the door examined in 10 plus years. He scheduled another appointment time(our schedule) to come and fix everything. He worked in this hot weather and did a wonderful job and a super clean up. It is working correctly and sounds great. We will use this company again and tell our friends. Ron and Sharon Alfes
