Jimmy Johnson saved the day ! My car had been stuck in the garage for 2 days due to a busted spring . Not only was he extremely professional but he took the time to explain what exactly went wrong. I was a wreak due to the fact I was housesitting my daughters new home while she was away and had broken the door . He had sincere patience with me and helped to solve a difficult problem. My garage door was showing signs of getting ready to malfunction. I called Precision and they were at my home within 3 hours. I said I could not afford a tremendous amount of repair. The technician came up with 3 levels of plans to address my garage door's needs. I chose the one I could afford right now and I'm confident my garage door is much more stable and will function well until we can afford a whole new door.

I am glad to give this service a 5-star rating. I love the repaired door. I didn't know how bad it was until the technician repaired the broken parts. He did not try to oversell parts or service, but did an amazing job on the repair. He suggested things to do on a preventative measure and things that needed to be done to get the door working again. He was very accommodating and professional.
